- No hot water on first morning and no heating throughout the stay, no discount offered. Appeared to be lack of staff compared to previous year. Customer care skills could have been better. Mice where running around in the restuarant/bar area, manager admitted they had a problem. The restuarant/bar was also cold. Very slow free internet connection in the bar area, with an old CRT monitor.

- The stay has been very pleasant, teh room absolutely perfect and the people/service friendly and very nice almsot felt like home :-) Though the view was much much nicer then home. Breakfast was very nice too. So honestly I can only recommand this hotel to anyone ! Thank you for everything

- Great stay in Weesp, NL
- The location is great, just a few "walkable" blocks from the train station (15 minutes from Amsterdam), just by the river with a great view. The breakfast is very good, with much more than the usual european B&B.
- Not actually a minus point, just the fact that the front desk is not 24 hrs. We arrived at normal hours, but late arrivals might get tricky.
