- Booking had went worong in the reservation system of the hotel. For that reason, we had to wait 15 minutes on arrival at 02:00h. For the rest everything was perfect.

- Room was quiet which is very important. Enjoyed the breakfast which was included with the price of the hotel. Staff very courteous and attentive.
- The first room we were assigned had a very noisy air conditioning system or fan in the bathroom which continuted after the light was turned off and and a result, we requested a move. Staff was very accommodating in moving us.

- Extremely steep stairs and no lift. Very dated furninshings in the room and thin walls meant you could hear your neighbours. Limited no smoking rooms, so room smelt a bit smokey.

- Jammer dat t hotel geen eigen parkeerplaatsen heeft, het was lastig om een parkeerplek te vinden.Voordeel van lokatie is dat je zo in t winkelhart staat.

- Nice enough place in the woods, the price is all right.
- The staff moved us to a different hotel due to overbooking. We didn't have a problem with that. However, they gave us terrible directions; and told us it was 300m away, when really it was about 2km (we had GPS to confirm this). As we didn't have a car, and it was raining, this was unfortunate. It ended up taking over an hour to get there.

- Parking is a problem as you are well aware of. I gave service a 5, simply because breakfast on the Friday we left was terrible. We arrived for breakfast at about 08.55. There were no eggs, no buns, no croissants, hardly any bread. Almost all meats, including salmon were gone`. There was only some cheese and a few slices of sausage. The coffee pot was empty and it took about 25 minutes before anyone showed up with coffee. Ironically they came and replenished all the missing items at about 10.00, when we were leaving and there was nobody else around anymore. For the rest our stay was wonderfull.
