Unfortunately, what a difference of Staff! To begin with, we had an initial disparate room distribution; on check out, a wrong total price was computed- a 50% difference. Bad 'basic' customer service: my younger daughter forgot her cellphone transformer plugged in her room's wall socket- though she phoned the next day (from Doorwerth's Golden Tulip, btw), and repeatedly after, six days have passed and she's still waiting for an answer. Apparently, as she was told on the phone, room services were too busy to check it out...
