You can visit Café Long John on the ground floor, which is open Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 - 01:00. On Friday and Saturday the café is open from 09:00 - 03:00. The café is also used for check-in. clean comfortable room. Very good value for money on the breakfast, not so cheap but better than could be found outside of the hotel. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Fantastic location, in the middle of shops, bars, restaurants. Some good bars with live music.

Very small room, no hairdryer. Asked for hairdryer every day for the 3 day stay and was promised one each day but it never appeared. Bit noisy if the bar is open late but earplugs are provided, which I used every night.

Unique room in a unique hotel situated under the Lange Jan tower where there is also a Irish pub. Very romantic place in the middle of the medieval centre of Amersfoort with many cosy outdoor cafés. Room 6 is the best room of the hotel. A hotel for the romantic and adventurous.
