Amsterdam Apartments Alexander's offers various types of accommodation, from double rooms to studios and apartments for more guests. The accommodation is situated in the eastern, western and southern canal belt in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Each location can be reached by public transport in approximately 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station. The fully furnished and upholstered accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free wireless Internet is available.
The centre of Amsterdam is compact. All of the interesting sights and attractions can easily be reached on foot. A canal cruise is also a good way to enjoy the city. During the boat tour one can learn about the rich history and architecture of Amsterdam. The city has an extensive network of public transportation, which makes it easy to reach Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre and the World Trade Centre.

These studios has been recently refurbished in a typical Amsterdam building. You will find comfort to enjoy your stay in the Venice of the North. - Finding such a place with a kitchen (no need to look for a place to eat every time) near the center of Amsterdam was quite confortable!

- The apartment was very spacious and suited 6 people perfectly. It was only a 15min walk to the centre which was extremely convenient. There is no reception but in fairness the guy called almost immediately!

No service at all, no professional treatment. Someone gave us the keys as soon as we arrived, he gave us a piece of paper (with no management address or contact point whatsoever) as a receipt and he disappeared.

- Everything we needed were in the apartment. We liked the location in the pijp area and the price of the renting of the apartment was fine considered how big it was.

- The first night we complanied because our appartement wasnt good at all (aspecially according to the price). We could change appartement the secon day and we really appreciate the service we gotand the new appartement.

- Estudio grande con un baño bonito y grande (ducha y bañera), buena localización y muy equipado (tv, dvd, cocina completa con todo tipo de accesorios, lavadora...).

Big studio, nice bathroom, good location and the studio was really equiped (tv, dvd, complet kitchen with all the accesories, etc.)
- El pago fue un poco dificil, un poco atrasado ya que el pago con tarjeta tiene que ser con tarjeta de credito NO electronica -numeros de la tarjeta en relieve (plus por pagar con trajeta) o en efectivo. Todo se solucionó al final, y pese a este pequeño malentendido la calidad-precio y el trato es excelente.
Por llegar después de las 00:00 cobran 50 euros aprox. y por llegar más tarde de las 02:00 75 euros. Recomendamos llegar en horario de oficina.

- when we arrived we were really pleased with the cosy appartment, large bathroom, comfortable and clean bed, lots of space and a more personal feel than some hotels. the location was good too, a 15-20 min walk to the centre or a really quick tram journey and there were lots of supermarkets around.
- we were not aware prior to booking but there was a fee of 25¤ for arriving after 9pm or 50¤ for arriving after midnight, there was also a security deposit which, in the email i received after booking stated it was 200¤ but we were only asked for 50¤ when we arrived...2 days before the trip around £598 (our stay was only supposed to be £250) was frozen from my account by the company, when i complained i was informed this was incase we didn't show up. however the funds were 'unfrozen' quickly after my complaint. we arrived late, incurring the fee, we had some trouble finding the place but after all the trouble beforehand i must admit we had a lovely stay and would possibly consider staying in an appartment again.

- The reception man bring us all that we needed : some advise, a map (thank you very much), he came with us to the flat, he was very friendly.
- -The oven was dirty by the previous tenant. We cleaned it by ourselves.

- duurt lang en vieze kamer
- Klein studiotje voor met zijn tweeen. Voor wie geen hoge eisen stelt is het goed te doen.
- Blijkt geen hotel te zijn, maar een bemiddelings bureau. Wij stonden om half 1 voor een geloten deur. Gebeld en de man was iemand van C.S ophalen. Uurtje gewacht. Eenmaal binnen moesten we dus weer met de tram naar een totaal andere locatie. Eenmaal aangekomen was het weer wachten geblazen. Een kwartier na de afgesproken tijd eindelijk iemand aanwezig. 4 trappen op en daar was de studio. Volgens mij een kamer van een student of zo want de persoonlijke verjaardags kaarten stonden op de schouw. Er moest alleen nog worden schoon gemaakt. Wat er schoon is gemaakt weet ik niet, maar toen we''s avonds terug kwamen lag hetzelde beddengoed er nog waar waarschijnlijk de vorige avond andere mensen onder hadden geslapen.
Voor een low budget was het redelijk, maar we waren een halve dag kwijt aan reizen en heen en weer naar de verhuurorganisatie en het uiteindelijke pandje. De keuken was in een woord ranzig zoals saus op een deurtje van de keuken en keuken muren die goor waren.
Volgende keer maar niet bij die organisatie, maar voor hele jonge mensen met een kleine beurs????

- Die Ausstattung war gut und zweckkmäßig. Viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, tolle Lage in City-Nähe. Freundlichr Service beim Check-In.
- Als sehr schlecht und teilweise nicht zumutbar sind die Toiletten zu bezeichnen. Bei Ankunft befanden sich Fäkalienreste in der Toilette, der Toilettensitz im Bad am Eingang war abgerissen und nur aufgelegt. An vielen Stellen in den Bädern befand sich Schimmel. Das zweite Doppelbett war defekt, auf der einen Seite war der Lattenrost eingebrochen, sodass selbst eine Person nachts in dieses Loch rollte.

- Sehr gute Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Super dass man nicht in einem Hotel ist, wo jeder überprüft wann man geht und kommt. Das Schlafzimmer war Gut!
- Hygiene war fast nicht zu ertragen. In der Dusche ist Schimmel an den Wänden und in der Küche ist alles klebrig gewesen. Küche und Bad waren insgesamt eigentlich nicht zu benutzen.

- Freundlicher Mitarbeiter der uns das Appartment gezeigt hat.
- Auf meiner Buchungsbestätigung stand 487,- bei der Visaabrechnung hat der Mitarbeiter 497,12 Euro verrechnet, wieso hat er mich nicht gesagt. Das Zimmer sollte dringend gesaugt werden. Haare überall am Boden! Kühlschrank war defekt, der hat auch den Stromausfall am Wochenende verursacht, vermute ich mal.

- Sehr gute Lage in einem der schönsten Viertel Amsterdams. Alles notwendige war in dem Appartment vorhanden.
- Das Mobiliar war völlig veraltet und zum Teil nicht funktionsfähig. Schlechte Betten. Zwei Stühle sind beim Benutzen zusammengebrochen (kein Witz!). Toilette und Dusche waren lächerlich klein. Alle Küchenutensilien waren auf das notwendigste beschränkt (z.B. nur 3 Teelöffel vorhanden bei einem App. für 4-5 Personen).
