Description

The Amstelzicht Hotel is located in the historic heart of Amsterdam, just behind the Rembrandtplein. Built in 1659, renovated in 1999 and redecorated in 2004, the hotel has been polished by time but perfected by the spirit of the age. From the hotel the inner city is literally at your doorstep, making it an excellent starting point for your visit to the exiting city centre.

From the hotel the city centre is just a stone's throw away, which makes it a perfect starting point for a tourist visit to this bustling city. The rooms have been redecorated in 2004 and some of the rooms offer a splendid view of the Amstel river. The rooms differ in style and each present a unique interior. The renovations that have formed hotel Amstelzicht throughout the years, re-instate the authentic elements which characterise a 17th century canal house. Authentic ceiling and marble ornaments in the hallway have been preserved, as well as the main stairway, which is typical for a canal house in Amsterdam. Unfortunately the hotel does not have an elevator.

The flower market, the Muntplein and various museums can be found just around the corner. The Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank Huis can be reached in just a minute time.

This apartment is located in the Jordaan area, near the Anne Frank House and the Westerkerk church.All apartments (100m²) have a large living room, one bathroom with a shower, toilet and two washbasins, one master bedroom with a double bed and a flatscreen television, and one guest bedroom with one single bed and one double bed. The kitchen has all facilities, such as a cooking area, microwave, fridge, table with four seats etc. The living room has all the facilities to make you feel at home. Thanks.; No elevtion in the hotel, luckily we stayed at the 1st storey beside the reception. There will no 24 hrs reception so make it quite unsecured for the guests after 10pm.
