Beautiful Amsterdam

• + It was a beautiful hotel. I have no complaints

Unless 15 minutes distance to centrum, hotel is very good.

• + Hotel is new, rooms are equipped well , there are activities inside the hotel such as swimming pool and wellness , staff is polite and helpful , environment is quiet and clean. You feel relaxed .
• – The price should include breakfast . The location is not so close to centrum but easy to take tram 1 or 17 and it takes about 15 minutes to centrum. They deposite 100 Eur for possible expenditures from mini-bar or etc but release when we are just away.
• * my tip Yes, I have read the comments of other guests before deciding to stay.

• + room was nice size, having bath and well designed separate shower. The staff gave room a good clean every day. It seemed to be well sound-proofed as we could not hear sounds from cleaners or rooms when walking through corridors Free wifi, kettle and good sized cups (too many hotels supply too small ones) Good security throughout. • – No proper mini fridge - only drink dispenser. No drawers for 'smalls' etc 10 minute walk to nearest tram station steep stairs (2 levels worth) to main entrance - gym level doors not available after 10pm so not so easy for people with limited mobilty Not able to open window very far (I like fresh air more than Aircon) Quite expensive
• * my tip Skyy Bar has nice nighttime views but drinks are expensive 10~20mins tram ride into city centre Once park works are finished over the road, nice quiet location. If you are happy with the prices then you should have a good stay

A good place to stay, although it needs some “fine-tuning”.

• + Very close to my work place, easy to access public transport, very close to the airport.
• – The service at the reception is a bit slow than in other hotels, during my stay there was no concierge so if i wanted something fast i had to queue up to the reception or interrupt another client to ask a very simple question. I stayed in room 1007 and the bed/mattress wasn’t good.

A very nice and clean hotel great for business users

• + friendly staff, very clean, good security, very nice rooms and also very quite with good wifi
• – food a little expensive, quite expensive hotel for non city centre location, no restaraunts within walking distance

Very good hotel but with too long a walk to public transportation

• – The walk to public transportation was too long. Furthermore having to walk along the highway or under the highway was a definite negative. I failed to meet with my colleagues at night because I was paranoid about walking under the highway. One night in particular, there was a young male sitting under the highway and as a woman, I felt uncomfortable. The location would prevent me from choosing this hotel in the future.

Superb Hotel

• + Have no complaints at all hotel was absolutely stunning, would stay in the hotel again without a doubt.

• + very friendly staff, food was exellent in general very good hotel!
• – WIFI was kind of slow.

WEED END AMSTERDAM

• + L 'hotel est recent et propre et le prix est correct pour des chambres Large Fashion, le plus la piscine après une longue journée de marche.
• – Les personnes à la reception ne parle pas Francais et à la fin du séjour vous avez la surprise la TAXE DE LA VILLE de 8 EUR. Le petit déjeuner trop cher. Sinon l hotel est à 8 mn à pied de la station, 2 lignes de TRAMWAY la 1 et la 17 dessertent rapidement le centre ville en 20 mn .

Weekend shopping trip from the Fashion Hotel

• + The hotel only appears to be a year old and so everything is still very new and fresh. It is also conveniently located for arrival by car as it is on the Amsterdam ring you can reach all the touristy spots in around 10mins by the tram which was only 500m away from the lobby and approx 12euro for 48hrs. The staff were all very helpful
• – The Skyybar in the hotel on the 10th floor closes at 1am which was a bit disappointing if you wanted one last drink once you had came back from the city. The shower pressure was poor and the ensuite bathroom door is clear so be sure you're comfortable with your room partner watching you shower!!

• – need to get your key activated every evening, does not work for longer than 1 noght even if your stay is much longer

Funky hotel for those that don't mind walking or tram ride to centre.

• + Amazing discount for out of season visit. Very modern and stylish hotel, clean and comfortable. Free swimming pool and gym. Tram stop 5 minutes walk away with direct links to centre (5 minute ride). Great shower. Free refridgerated tray. Right next to motorway so easy to drive to.
• – Out of centre - probably a 15-20 minute walk from Leidseplein but too cold to walk in February! Sauna was 7.50 per person. No music channel on TV. Parking for hotel cost around 20 euros per 24 hour period.
