• + You have a good dedicated hardworking working staff, doing almost everything. My compliments to them

Easily recommended, comfortable, warm atmosphere.

• + As being a small hotel, it has a nice and comfortable atmosphere. Food was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

• + Although the hotel is located a while from the city centre, the location is nice and quiet, and it is easy to get there using public transportation.

Great place to stay!

• + The two girls (I cannot remember their names) who worked the front desk were very helpful and nice and warmed up our dinner from the market for us, answered many questions, mailed a letter for me, and even helped me print a ticket. Two very helpful staff members who went out of their way to make the stay for my sister and I comfortable. Because of them and also the cleanliness and location I would recommend this hotel.

Great budget hotel

• + great hotel for the price.... clean towels every day, free internet usage, nice clean room, would definately recommend this hotel.
• – slightly a way out from the main centre, however there is a bus which stops right outside the hotel and it comes every 15 mins to take you to the centre so no problem really.

Beautiful wellcome

• + Located in quiet borough, easy accesible by public trasport bus runs frequently just few minutes walk to bus stop, only 15min to Central Station. Standard room just right what you need, wifi working, spacious room.
• – Matracess very sof,t one gets pain in back sleeping there. Cleaning NOT very focused on details, hairs in bathroom, botle of wine behind the curtains otherwise clean. They should send the asistant manager on training course "How not to behave like a robot reading the script and behave like a human when tring to resolve clientes problems" We arrived late afternoon, tierd after all day long travel with small child 1year, was raining and last thing we expected was a inflexibility.
• * my tip If you dont expect warm wellcome its a nice standard place to stay.

good price quality hotel

• + good location, good service and the price was very good for this hotel. The rooms are small but confortable for a short stay (everything you need is on the room)
• – Doors did not lock automatically (you had to check before leaving)
• * my tip this is a good hotel with good service and on a good location. When you want to visit Amsterdam the location of the hotel is good, but you need to keep in mind that you have to transfer to the center. There are however enough busses driving you to the center and back to the hotel

Nice hotel, friendly staff

• + Very helpful and friendly staff (ready to solve any problems we had, from changing rooms when heating wasn't working properly to booking a taxi; giving info about directions, restaurants, places to go; changing notes for coins so we could use the vending machine); room cleaned every day while we were out; nice breakfast for a reasonable price; free internet; very quiet neighborhood. The detailed bill was presented the night before check-out for our analysis.
• – It's not on the city centre but Centraal Station is 10 minutes away by bus.

Visiting Amsterdam with low budget

Very nice clean hotel, good location

good price, but minus points in the service

• + easy to get into the city...price is fine
• – housekeeping came at 9 and when we left the hotel at 10, we came back in the evening and nothing was done, except a bag with new towels and soap were hanging on our door.

good hotel to stay for one night

• – Very strange to pay tourist tax of EUR 5 for only one person. Staff explained tourist tax is per room. Which I doubt this is the correct handling of this tax.

Good location, good price, terrible staff & policies

• + Not far from city center
• – Cleaning staff were extremly rude, so much in fact I will not be staying here again. Arrived at 4pm, and they had already charged my credit card for the room, and an extoritionate breakfast, which I had to get them to remove. Their policies and staff are not friendly at all. I would say the experience was humiliating. Avoid

Pricey, but good accomodations!

• – Little bit pricey for the rooms. I could see paying 50-60 euro for rooms but not more.

• + Comfirtable connection with bus to central station. Free parking and internet
• – Terrible chambermaid service, you sleep in the mroning and they shout and knock loudly with the kees at the doors as you're in a prison not a hotel. Reception charges you with breakfast without asking although you book without so you should explain again that you're not using breakfast to change your invoice. Be careful with that.

Redelijk goed hotel met slechte ventilatie

• + vlotte service, redelijk goed ontbijt
• – bedompt, rokerig in alle gangen, slechte ventilatie in kamers en gangen

decent enough hotel for the money

• + helpful and pleasant staff, good sized rooms, comfortable beds, easy to get to city centre
• – tiny windows in room, slowest boiling kettle in the world in the room!

Kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

• + Gute Lage.
• – Der Teppichboden war sehr fleckig, ebenso die Tagesdecke. Der Heißwasserkocher mußte auf den Teppich gestellt werden, da keine Steckdose vorhanden. Ein Rührlöffel für 2 Personen auch nicht das Optimale. Der Zimmerbeleg vom Vorgänger lag auch noch da und im Bad waren Handtücher für 1 Person. Die restlichen haben wir uns zusammen gesucht. Kleideraufbewahrung miserabel - für mehrere Tage völlig indiskutabel. Für wesentlich weniger Geld hatten wir schon wesentlich mehr Komfort!
