+ easy to get into the city...price is fine

- housekeeping came at 9 and when we left the hotel at 10, we came back in the evening and nothing was done, except a bag with new towels and soap were hanging on our door.

+ Not far from city center

- Cleaning staff were extremly rude, so much in fact I will not be staying here again. Arrived at 4pm, and they had already charged my credit card for the room, and an extoritionate breakfast, which I had to get them to remove. Their policies and staff are not friendly at all. I would say the experience was humiliating. Avoid

+ Comfirtable connection with bus to central station. Free parking and internet

- Terrible chambermaid service, you sleep in the mroning and they shout and knock loudly with the kees at the doors as you're in a prison not a hotel. Reception charges you with breakfast without asking although you book without so you should explain again that you're not using breakfast to change your invoice. Be careful with that.

+ Gute Lage.

- Der Teppichboden war sehr fleckig, ebenso die Tagesdecke. Der Heißwasserkocher mußte auf den Teppich gestellt werden, da keine Steckdose vorhanden. Ein Rührlöffel für 2 Personen auch nicht das Optimale. Der Zimmerbeleg vom Vorgänger lag auch noch da und im Bad waren Handtücher für 1 Person. Die restlichen haben wir uns zusammen gesucht. Kleideraufbewahrung miserabel - für mehrere Tage völlig indiskutabel. Für wesentlich weniger Geld hatten wir schon wesentlich mehr Komfort!

+ Staff was very nice. Room was clean.

- Three different desk personnel told us that the breakfast buffet was included in our room price. They all checked something in the computer and said that, yes, it was definitely included. Well, this wasn't true. They charged us for it when we left and two of the desk personnel who had told us it was included were at the desk saying that it wasn't. I thought that was kind of low, a great misrepresentation on their part. I wouldn't have eaten the breakfast buffet if they hadn't told me it was already included in my room. Then when we had to pay for it they acted like they never said that. It was very disappointing.

+ Where the hotel was situated was very close to all forms of transport to town. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating when I needed a charger for my phone and when I requested a towel. We will definitely be back in the summer.

- I gave a 7 for comfort because I did find the room a bit warm, thankfully there was a window I could open.

+ The hotel had good transport links to the centre on amsterdam and the rooms were quite nice.

- When we first arrived as a group of 8 for my 21st birthday we were told that i had cancelled the rooms which i had not. They did not apologise but finally were able to get us a room. The staff were really grumpy and did not really help us with enquries. p.s try not to get taxis anywhere it is so expensive. When we went there was a problem with the trains to schipol airport so we had to get a taxi and it cost us about 140 euros!!

+ Very quiet location, had a good rest! Nice and rich breakfast! Although not too close to the centre, good bus connection makes it easy to access.

- Hairdrier in all rooms would make staying in this hotel more comfortable.

+ The hotel is clean and the area is quiet at night. Even as it is a little bit outside the center of Amsterdam, it is easy to get into the city with the bus.

+ 1. Hotel staff generally helpful and friendly. 2. Free internet was great. 3. Good public transport to the city centre, easy to get the bus and only a short journey. 4. Number of television channels available.

- 1. Although the bathroom was cleaned each day it smelled bad and similar to the smell of a public toilet. 2. Poor ventilation made the room hot and uncomfortable. 3. Floor was hot and some parts of the bathroom floor were too hot to stand on. 4. We were refused an extra pillow because staff explained there were none available. Apparently all extra pillows had gone missing and your hotel would not purchase additional pillows to replace them. 5. Hotel did not advise us that there was construction works going on outside our room window. This is the same window we had to leave open because the room was too hot and therefore made it very noisy in the morning.

+ The hotel is on the bus route and easy to find from Waddenweg bus stop. The room was really clean and tidy. The hotel has great facilities such as tea and coffee maker, mini bar, internet access and sky tv.

- The hotel is a bit too far from the Central station,if you aren't driving then you have to get there by bus or taxi.We stayed at the hotel for 2 night and we spend altogether 15 Euros on the bus fares.The taxi from Central station back to the hotel on a New Year Eve cost us 20 Euros,which was a bit dear.We expected a double bed room but were given a twin room. The room was cold when we checked in because the heating wasn't turn on and mini bar was unplug.There weren't any milk for tea or coffee but there was one tiny sachet of cream, just enought to make one drink between us.We couldn't sleep very well because we could hear all the noises from other rooms and on the corridoor. Breakfast wasn't included with the room price and we paid 11 Eorus to have the breakfast in the hotel, but we were disappointed about the breakfast selections because there weren't any fried eggs,mushrooms, baked beans or hash brown like a proper English breakfast over here.

- The room did not always seem very clean. It was icluded free coffee and tee on the room, but it was not refilled after the first day.

- was very disappointed about the TV stations....had expected in house movie channell. Also was suprised at the lack of room service avialability. We had opted for a no breakfast arrangement and one of my collegues was charges ¤28 for her and her partner for 3 breadrolls and a cup of tea.

+ Tegenover het hotel zit een goed Japans restaurant "Osaka" waar je voor een normaal bedrag onbeperkt kan eten. Goede kwaliteit. Het hotel ligt dicht bij een kruispunt, maar geluidsoverlast hebben wij niet gehad, ook niet van andere zaken.

- Het hotel is verouderd en verdient een harde "update". De badkamer is te klein en wordt een zwembad als je doucht. De dranger op de badkamerdeur is zo sterk dat je deze alleen met veel kracht open krijgt. De kamers hebben maar hele kleine raampjes om te luchten, niet echt fris. Op het badkamerlampje lag een dikke laag stof. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is ver te zoeken: alleen de locatie zou nog een prijs boven de 90 euro kunnen rechtvaardigen.

+ Zentrale Lage...nur 5 Minuten zum Bus nach Amsterdam.Raucherbereich und eine Terrasse.

- Leider war es im Hotel überall schmutzig.Im Zimmer roch es nach einem billigen After Shave.Es war nur ein Handtuch da.Im Bad war Schimmel und am Waschbecken ging die Amatur nicht.Popel klebten an den Fliesen......Das Fenster konnte nur minimal geöffnet werden.....Der Sevice im Restaurant lies zu wünschen übrig,wir waren max.8 Personen,doch es hat fast 20 Minuten gedauert bis jemand kam....und der Tisch wurde nicht geputzt sondern unsere Getränke kamen auf den verklebten Tisch vom Vorgänger...

+ Nette kamer met basisvoorzieningen.Gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanuit het noorden van het land, gratis parkeren en bushalte dichtbij.

- Hadden kamer direct bij toegangsdeur, waardoor we diverse keren 's nachts opgeschrikt werden doordat de deur met een luide knal in het slot viel. Afvoer van wastafel en douche liepen erg slecht door. Badkamer ingericht alsof de kamer door één persoon gebruikt zou gaan worden.
