Superb location , and a great stay

• + Great staff , nothing was to much trouble .
• – Had to ask several times for tea making facilities .
• * my tip Royal Thai restaurant , Paradiso music venue , The Last Waterhole bar .

• + Location, breakfast.
• – Poor comfort, the room temperature was very cold (<19°C). Very small rooms. Hygiene ok for bathroom, but bad for curtains/carpets.

• – fire alarm gone of 4am till 06:30am they couldnt stop because water floding, client hasnt been inform,poor fire alarm action , staff need a lot training ,poor managment, 2 day no hot water no tv and most important things no apoligise,plus nothing been offer for apoligise ,

A comfortable and relaxing stay at the Apollo Museum Hotel.

• + Only a short walking distance to the office, where I had my negotiations. Also close to many museums.

Comfortable and quiet room on perfect location

• + The staff is very professional, rooms are nice and clean. Great bathroom in so little space.
• – The room was to small for 2 people with luggage. The materasses are waaaay to soft - they should be replaced, not only covered with thinner, protective materasses above
• * my tip Hotel is right around the corner from Rijks Museum!

Everything you expect - no more, no less!

• + Great location, nice decor in hotel, good facilities, clean & well serviced. You get what you expect, no more & no less - if u want more, try the dearer hotels! Staff helpful, some more than others.
• – Breakfast not very good value for money, rooms small but adequate for short stay, no room for luggage, wi-fi wouldn't work on iPhone/iPod - only on computer. Towels in bathroom too small but probably standard hotel size.
• * my tip 3 sisters on Rembrandtplein - great for quiet drink & meal.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

• + Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Lovely room! We were on the 5th floor in their penthouse area. However we didnt like that others could actually see through our keyhole into our adjoining room!
• – We had requested a twin room and received a double bed.. We didnt book breakfast as it looked too expensive for what was on offer.

An Excellent Hotel with hard to access rooms :)

• + location being close to museums & other attraction points
• – The new extension is not comfort at all, rooms are too close, and the accessibility of the rooms to elderly guest is not a pleasant experience at all.
• * my tip avoid new extension, stick to stadard floor from ground to fourth floor.

The hotel is okay i enjoyed my stay in Amsterdam.

• – I used my credit card to hold the booking but paid cash, as i am sending this mail my credit card is still blocked, would be very glad if something is done about it before weekend.

Clean, comfortable and close to main tourist attractions

• + I booked a classic double bed room through a deal, stayed here for 2 nights (60 - 80 euros). Went here with least expectations after reading some reviews, but I was very happy after staying here. Very clean rooms, good bed and shower looks new. The room is small, but it is enough for 2 people. Very close to the Leidseplein, Holland Casino and Museum plein. Probably it is the best location for tourists. The staff are welcoming and friendly, They provided free maps and suggested places to visit.
• – Breakfast is a bit expensive, around 10 euros. It was a continental breakfast, they can improve it a bit better. (ex. fruit juices)
• * my tip Very comfortable for budget travellers. Best place for tourists.

Great location, away from the riff-raff

• + When we requested extra pillows they were brought in a timely manner. Also appreciated the complimentary bottled water at the front desk.
• – The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast is not recommended unless you're short on time and that is your only option.

Good location but bad for summer sleeping

• – A/C was not working and room was stifling. The desk clerk advised there's nothing I can do. Two very uncomfortable, miserable nights sleep.

Not good 'value for money'.

• + Location of the hotels if one is staying as a tourist.
• – Bathroom is not functional. Breakfast if not 'value for money', relatively poor for such a hotel.

Best Western Apollo Museumhotel Review

• + Great location. Well decorated and clean room. Free WIFI in the room and Internet usage at reception.
• – We had to go outside of reception and down the street to get to our room. The room was at the top of a steep narrow staircase which meant we had to lift our luggage up by hand.

Quality hotel, high value for money, perfect localization

• + - perfect localization near Leidseplein and about 15-20 min walk from Rembrandtplein. - right next to Museumplein and beautiful Vondelpark - very nice room - overall high value for money - free and safe (registred) luggage storage after cheking out
