Rafael Very nice hotel: 23 June 2010; 9.8; + This Hotel is wonderful for a family that wants a nice vacation in Amsterdam, itâs very clean, comfortable, has very good location from the museum and the city center, the staffs are very nice people, and it has modern furniture. I recommend it to any family .The price is a little expensive but everything in Amsterdam is like that.

Really big room compared to some other rooms in Amsterdam. The size of the Deluxe room was enough for us and our 9 month old baby. All the other benefits of the Deluxe room were worth for the upgrade ;); - Some noise came through the window from the street

Meget hjælpsom personale- reception. Godt parkeringhus, lige overfor hotellet; - Lidt gade støj. Morgenmad lidt dyr.

John SCOTT Good value in an expensive city!: 17 May 2009; 7.2; + Excellent location and reasonable price compared to other options. (I don't say cheap. Amsterdam is an expensive city, bad value for food and accomodation!); - Long queue at checkout at 11.30am and only one staff processing departing guests. Other staff saw the problem but ignored it.

Belfast Bap Excellent Hotel,Great Location,Fantastic Stay.A+: 9 October 2008; 10; + I must say i thought the other reviews were a bit harsh on this hotel,myself and 3 friends booked the quad room which was downstairs and had more than enough space for the 4 of us,the room was clean,the bed sheets were also very clean as was the shower/bathroom,the rooms were cleaned daily and extra towels were left which i thought was a good touch since there was 4 of us.Excellent location plus everything you need within 5 mins of the hotel.I'll defo be booking this hotel again.; - The only thing i can think of is the room was a bit stuffy at night even with the window open,i could put that down to there being 4 of us but a bit of air con would have went down a treat for a good nights sleep.Plus flat pillows(but thats just me).

The hotel employee responded to our request for a change of room with "I don't know if I can help you"!! After insisting, we got another room. Three stars with rats do not go together! Avoid this hotel.

Jorge M. Treviño: 10 June 2008; 4.0; + Excelent courtesy from the personnel.; - Dirty carpets. Obvious signs that a previous guest had employed the services of a prostitute. Poor bathroom amenities; only a small bar of soap for both washbasin and shower. Inadecuate shower-head. Shower curtain short by five centimeters; flooded the bathroom. No a/c or even a fan. The temperature was uncomfortably high so we had to open the windows. The room was immediately invaded by a cloud of mosquitoes that proceeded to attack us the whole night long. I'm still suffering the bites. Breakfast buffet expensive and of mediocre quality. The worst: The day we left the *only* lift was out of order. Then the only staircase sign visible from the elevator lobby on the fourth floor was the emergency exit (later I found out that around the bend in the corridor is a poorly labeled sign (certainly far from meeting ISO standards) pointing to the regular stairs. This caused me to proceed down the dangerous emergency stairs burdened by three pieces of luggage, eventually exiting some twenty meters down the street from the hotel. I can not in good faith recommend your premises to anyone. Hopefuly I won't be returning.

The hotel seemed to operate efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Lots of useful information was provided in the room itself.; - The pay-to-view TV offer was slightly confusing. We didn't use the restaurant or take breakfast so cannot comment on these services. A bath in our room would have been nice.

We stayed in a triple, which was more spacious than we were expecting after reading some other reviews. Good size bathroom, good shower water pressure, good non-smoking floor.; - In my opinion, internet is a utility, and should be included in the cost of the room, like water or electricity. Preferably wifi. It is infinitely valuable to a traveler as he is able to check flight status', re-check reservations, and respond to emergencies at home. Besides that, public computers aren't secure for VPNs to computers at your place of employment, so getting work done at an internet cafe or at the public computer in the lobby is out of the question.
