Great apartment for a relaxing weekend

• + Location, great space and value for money

Clean modern spacious fun in a great city centre location.

• + A fine apartment for a group or couple. Spacious clean and modern with lots of great amenities and attractions/sites close to hand. Would definitely recommend it and stay here again in the future.
• – Wifi would have been a nice touch in this age of smart phones!

Would recommend...

• + Very spacious and modern apartment. Great for families with older children and teens or two couples. Comfortable beds. Both bedrooms in our suite were very quiet. Good security and a safe for valuables. Internet included is a plus. Walking distance to many main sites and museums. Large grocery store and smaller late night grocery story very close by. Accommodating and helpful staff. Light housekeeping is included but not on weekends. Good value for longer stays. .
• – Strange odor upon first entering our apartment near the bathroom during our 5 day stay. Rest of apartment was fine. If you open windows for fresh air at night, mosquitos can come in because there are no screens... Apartment has toilet paper, a hairdryer, a safe and dish washing machine powder . ALL other amenities must be brought or purchased nearby.

Roomy, comfortable apartment suitable for a family.

• + This is a nice apartment and has nice people managing it. Roomy and comfortable for our family of five. Stairs in Amsterdam are very steep.

Great location for week or more stay, with kids over 3

• + Location- close to tram and shops, Spacious rooms, Comfortable beds, good facilities, Lift, Great for family for a wekk or more stay with older kids. Only short walk to Rembrant square and flee markets, Nemo science centre.
• – Sensor lights in front of bedrooms (with small kids, not ideal), Noisy utility room in apartment- across from bedroom, Not very small child friendly, no non-slip mat for shower, No MARKED FIRE EXIT, No extra toilet paper or rubbish bags. NO CLEANING products- dish liquid, soap, dish cloths, laundry powder-even to purchase small pkt. No toaster. Not ideal if only staying a few nights, as you will have to buy things that will have to be thrown out.

Not to be confused with a Hotel

• + +beds were very comfortable +very modern design and feel +newly renovated look and feel +huge, open shower with rainfall faucet +conveniently located~20 minute walk from the Dam and Central Station +grocery store 1 block away +bed linens, bath towels, 1 hand towel in toilet room and dish towels were provided +balcony's were nice and sheltered +landline telephone - can get number from reception office +quiet location (even though on a main street) had minimal street noise +no Party policy (good for families with small children)
• – -would have been nice to know there was only 1 toilet (even though it was a 3 bedroom apartment) -True apartment living-no extra toilet paper, no soaps, no shampoo, no extra garbage bags for trash, (but did provide soap for dishwasher), etc. -no hand towels (for shower room) provided - no handtowel racks in either the shower room or the toilet room -list of decent eating establishments in the area would have been helpful -reception was the property managment office, hours were 9am-5pm(M-F)
