Hotel Falcon Plaza Centre Amsterdam is conveniently located close to the vibrant 'Waterlooplein', 'Rembrandthuis' and the 'Stopera' (Opera House and City Hall). 'Dam' square and the shopping street 'Kalverstraat' are also within close range, and if you take the tram, you can easily reach all ends of the city.

From hotel Falcon Plaza Centre it is only a five minutes walk to the 'Waterlooplein' where you can get great bargains. A lot of second-hand clothing, books, antique and curiosities are sold on this flea market. If you take tram line 9 or 14 from the 'Waterlooplein', it is easy to reach all renowned attractions that are abundant in Amsterdam. The hotel's staff will also be happy to help you book various excursions.

Door de gladde parketvloeren schuiven de bedden wel constant uit elkaar.; Bij aankomst wist de (slecht Nederlands sprekende) receptioniste niet dat er een kamer voor ons was. Toen we uiteindelijk een kamer kregen en de deur daarvan openmaakten kwamen we de schoonmaker nog tegen - hij was nog niet klaar met de kamer. Hij wist ons wel te beloven dat de kamer binnen een kwartier gereed zou zijn (wat ook zo was). Van het ontbijt hoeft ook niet veel verwacht te worden. Het smaakt prima hoor, maar luxe is het niet. Voorbeelden: koffie uit een plastic bekertje, alleen papieren placemats op tafel, geen verse jus d'orange, te lang doorgekookte eieren, peper en zout uit AC-restaurantzakjes, geen dagvers brood, etc.
