To have a free bar is very tempting and makes it easier for the guest to relax.
Free internet was also very good idea.

- Every day we had a lot of problems with the hotel. When we arrive to the room we find a sock in the room; some days they don't clean the room completly, the refrigerator dosen't work for 2 days. In the bar they are very slow.
The wardrobe is very, very very small.
We paid a lot, for a 5 stars hotels and we don't expect had to lose every day 1 hour do reclamations an explications.
I understand that they are a new hotel, but the staff had to be trained.

Beds/ rooms not turned down in evening (Advised desk, who said "Well you must have put a sign out stating Do not disturb"
No hooks/towel rails to hang towels to dry, if you had a shower, one had to put the towel on the floor!!
Thought for 450 euros rooms was small, no view & dark and no breakfast included!!!!
Curtains could not close properly with bedside table alongside due to smallness of room.
Hotel needs to get to grips with taxi service, car tooks at least 15 minutes to arrive.
Generally bad experience, would not stay again and would think twice about staying in any other group hotels.

- More towels in the bathroom More staff on Reception so that you dont have to wait to check in as this takes approx 5 mins In the bedroom either the carpet or wallpaper should be changed as it makes the room to busy and a bedroom should be calming All this is just minor as the staff work very hard and soon all will be running smoothly

They treated me like a king
All of the staff were pleasant, informed and enthusiastic. The general manager was very attentive. Room had high ceilings, great furnishing, super sharp flat screen TV, beautiful architectural features through out hotel. Large tub and shower. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and I travel a lot.

- Goed luxe-hotel, dichtbij station en binnenstad.
- Grote kamer (executive) met heerlijk bed en zeer donzig dekbed. Enorm hoge plafonds, prachtig behang. Lekker zo'n waterkoker, nespresso-apparaat en gratis minbar op de kamer. Goed ontbijt, alleen de bubbels ontbraken. Luxe ook die Lanvin-producten in de badkamer. Dichtbij station, makkelijk!
- Vòòr ons was bij het ontbijt een groep van 90 Spanjaarden geweest. Toen we weggingen na een lang en lekker ontbijt van dik een half uur, was de ontbijtzaal nog steeds een enorme zooi. Te weinig personeel om aan te vullen en op te ruimen. Komt niet echt 5-sterren over.

Haben ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick und getrennten Betten bestellt (und bezahlt) aber ein anderes bekommen.
Das über den Fernseher abrufbare (Web-) Radio funktionierte nur sehr selten und bietet eine sehr bescheidene Auswahl an Sendern.

- Heerlijk ontspannen in een fijne hotelkamer
- heerlijke bedden + beddengoed. Echt uit de kunst. De mini-bar inclusief is een luxe waar wij dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De badproducten van Lanvin zijn erg lekker. Bankje zit lekker, mooie flatscreen televisie. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad.
- De buitenkant van het hotel doet een beetje duister aan (spookkasteel), de receptie is niet gunstig gesitueerd, dat zou met een paar aanpassingen volgens mij beter kunnen. Ik vind het hotel best wel duur. We hebben niet gekozen voor het ontbijt, omdat 25 Euro p.p. wel heel erg veel geld is.

- Geweldig hotel, correct en leuk personeel, goede ligging.
- Perfecte ligging en geen overlast van het 24/7 leven in Amsterdam. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het bed slaapt geweldig en alles was lekker schoon en goed in orde.
- Het restaurant is niet echt knus of gezellig maar dat maakt de stad ruimschoots goed. Entree is een beetje wazig, receptie is in een kantoortje!!

- Erg stijlvol, mooi gelegen. Vanwege een upgrade kwamen we in de Henry Hudson suite terecht, met vanaf de derde verdieping uitzicht naar drie kanten. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel ook.

- Als een VIP............
- Een zeer gastvrij hotel waar wij ons in luxe hebben mogen begeven. Het hotel heeft ons de 'Henry Hudson suite' aangeboden ivm onze honeymoon. Dit overtrof al onze verwachtingen. We voelden ons als een VIP.
Wat wij geweldig vonden was de minibar die goed gevuld was en wat inclusief je kamer was...samen met een Nespresso-apparaat, heerlijk af en toe een bakje. Tja en dan 's morgens voor het ontbijt (op de kamer) een ontspannen bezoek aan de sauna/zwembad. Ook hier niets op aan te merken!!!!!

- Ein , wenn man vom schlafen absieht, ein sehr entspanntes Wochenende
- Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Hotel.Nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der City kann man in der Bar gut ausspannen. Das Essen war sehr gut, und auch dort der Service ausgesprochen freundlich.
- Als Minuspunkt würde ich den etwas sehr kleinen Wellnessbereich bezeichnen, in dem es für meine Begriffe auch viel zu warm war. Auch fand ich es nicht gut, daß die Fenster in den Zimmern nicht regulär zu öffnen waren. Ich hätte das Hotel gewechselt wenn nicht jemand mit einer langen Stenge gekommen wäre um das Fenster wenigstens ca. 20 cm zu öffnen. Es war viel zu stickig in dem Zimmer, was meine Schlafqualität sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Von daher weiß ich nicht, ob ich das Hotel Frischluftfanatikern empfehlen kann.

- Goede service. Erg mooi hotel vooral de bouwstijl. Heerlijk bed. Om drie uur s'nacht hadden we trek in chocolade. Er was geen snoep automaat aanwezig in het hotel maar de nachtportier ging wat voor ons regelen. Even later stond hij voor de kamerdeur met schoteltje heerlijke bonbons. Echt top

- gewoon doen. wel wat prijzig voor velen, maar zeker de moeite waard. het gebouw is zelf al een bezienswaardigheid. kamers zijn een genot en de bedden helemaal. krant in de morgen, perfect ontbijt, gewoon een 10.
- soms is genoeg, genoeg. 3x komen vragen op een dag of we voldoende hebben van alles en of dat we iets te kort kwamen. turn down service 's avonds is heerlijk, behalve als je in bad zit. als je niet met een credit-card betaald, dan moet men een borg van euro 100,-- per dag voldoen.
