Very helpfull staff. Really liked the free access to their computer in the lobby so could book and print fast track tickets for various museums and galleries. Room Service was not that expensive. Tram for Amsterdam Central was just across the road and everywhere else was in walking distance.

I requested a twin bedroom but the beds were so close together felt like a double bed with separate duvets.

New hotel with set up problems

Hotel open since 8 weeks, but unfinished. Blocked shower, minibar not working, LED lights too dark in the bathroom. Staff very friendly and service orientated.
