Anonymous - 2010-02-03: 8.4out of 10; ReviewsAmsterdam Hotel The Crown; good place if you're not picky.; i had the whole floor to myself once the party-goers left at the end of the weekend. it was comfortable and the location was excellent.; i chose this hotel because i was told they had wi-fi, i was not able to access the internet from the hotel. i also chose the hotel because they were "smoker-friendly," the signs on the doors of the rooms say hash and grass are allowed in the bar but when i tried to smoke in the bar they told me it wasn't allowed anywhere in the hotel. the first night i stayed, a saturday, i could hear multiple people in multiple rooms being loud, slamming doors, throwing up in the bathrooms, running up and down the stairs... the walls are so thin you can hear all conversation in all surrounding rooms. this went on literally all night until check-out the next morning.
