+ Everything was very professional and suitable for the concept.

- The towels were changed every day! It was no necessary and hopefully against the company eco-policy.

+ Excellent, punctual and fast bus service to centre of town and the hotel were able to sell us 48 hr travel cards and supply a timetable. As we had driven the free parking was a real bonus.

- Price of breakfast. We went into town.

+ * Good bus, metro, and train connections. You can get really fast into the central station

- * It was near a chicken slaughterhouse, I think. So, each time you got out, you could smell the chicken excrement. Anyway, if you close the windows, then you don't smell it. * Not many locals to each near it. Only a Burger King.

- la reservation ne m'a pas bien renseigner l'endroit de l'hotel par raport à la gare d'arrivée,mais comme je suis débrouillard et avec un pass bus/tram de la ville ,la liaison est rapide avec le bus. le pdj est inclus lors de ma réservation initiale mais a changé en pdj non compris dans la chambre. j'ai peut-être été trop vite pour réserver soit j'asume michel grailet

+ Bus station next to hotel, central station 10 min max on bus from hotel. very helpful staff,very clean and comfortable beds. fast food next door, metro station very close to hotel so you can reach from / to airport very easy within 20 min.

- bar closes early... ;-)

+ very clean, beds are really comfortable!!!, shower was amazing! (large size, shower head, water temperature), friendly and considerate room service, bus station in front of the hotel (busses drive every 15 min. during the day, every 30/60 min. during the night, from Mon. till Sun.), possibility to rent bikes and motor scooters from the hotel, freeway nearby but one didn't hear anything

- 3-bed-room was quite narrow, too little space for (3) suitcases, location quite far away from the city centre (driving by night bus f.ex. took quite long..), bus plan provided by the hotel was not current.., breakfast for 15€ (!) - we had breakfast for max. 3 € in the city centre...

+ Well great service - non stop reception, quite comfort room with shower, for price I paid it was pretty good choice, bus to central station is opposite the hotel, from Sloterdijk train station (train from airport stops there) not far to walk. I would go there again.

- I didn't like the shared blanked for two beds.

+ Staff is very kind and helpful. Good breakfast. City center is easy reachable by bus no 48.

- WiFi access is not for free in the hotel, but is avalible for free in Burger King, located next door. Hotel is located in a business district, in case of this nearest supermarket is at Amsterdam Sloterdijk rail station. Working of air condition system in the room depends upon weather conditions.

+ Good ,peaceful location.Bugger king nearby.bus no:48 few step away(200 meters).New hotel compared hotels in city center.Convenient to all torists spots.Train station is 700 meters ,can be reached by bus 48.Direct trains to Airport(Schiphol) ,Madurodam.Keukenhof is easyly reachable from Schiphol.City center is also reachable by Bug no 48.

- Early checkin costs 35 euros more. paid internet.

+ ++ Very close to our office and OK located for going to the City center.Great food and service in the restaurant.

- ---.Bed far to hard. Needs to be medium. Drags down the whole stay for me.Can easly be rectified with offering a choice of rooms with softer/medium/hard beds.There are other hotels in the near with an average better beds.

- When the hotels say save on water for Green future, My Suggestion: if the hotels identifies such gusts(who does save for green future) and compensate with some kind of appriciation, Hotel will save some and gueast will be inspired to repeat the same in his/her next stay!!

+ The staff was really nice and helpful when I asked about the city. It was my first time in Amsterdam and they seemed eager to help. Burger King is right next door and the bus stop is right across the street. Not far from Centraal Station. Best place to stay and will stay here again.

- Nothing was really bad. The breakfast was a bit expensive.

+ I made an error at the booking stage (at 18:04 on 22/01)and booked a day earlier than I arrived (22nd instead of 23rd). This showed up as a "no show". The lady on reception had the good judgment to see my error and not charge me for my mistake. all staff were very helpful, polite and made my stay an enjoyable one. I can hardly wait until I go to Amsterdam again and stay in your hotel.

+ Great location for this business and industrial area. 5-10 minutes walk to the train station, and quick connections to both Schippol and Amsterdam Centraal. Cute modular design with every room identical and a futuristic curved 'pod' for teh whole bathroom. Great shower - try the 'jet' setting for a strong massage!

- No food available after 10pm except really greasy fried snack platter - shame, as in this area ther is not much alternative either. The staff can be rude - for example, I called reception and asked for an extra 45 mins before checkout and was told 'no hurry.' However 40 mins later another receptionist called and bawled me out for still being in the room. When I explained the conversation with his colleague he refused to listen, said he would charge me E10 and then hung up! For some reason he did not charge me when I did check out a bit later - maybe he could tell I would make a fuss if he tried to.

+ Front Desk Staff was very good. Efficient, helpful. Great people.

- Even though I had my "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, and I told one of the maids on the floor to NOT do my room, someone still came into my room while I was gone and cleaned it. I can appreciate the "thought" but I did NOT want my room cleaned.

+ there are bus stops right outside the hotel which take you straight to central and the rooms in the hotel are fairly big despite not having much in them.

- you just dont get what you pay for. there are no tea or coffee making facilities or a fridge. the only way you can get a drink is by paying horrendous prices at the bar or walking 3miles to the nearest shop.

- Since none of the nonsmoking rooms were available, they gave me a smoking room. The walls were so thin that I suffered a lot from the smoking in the next room.

+ What we paid for - a basic double room that was very neat and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Whilst the hotel was in the industrial area of Amstrel - we were aware of that - and I think that explains why we got such a good saving on the room. However - it was only about a 15 minute bus trip door to door from directly infront of the hotel into central station, so this was not a problem. I recommend you buy the garnet bus ticket strip from the tourist office as they save you 2/3 on the cost of the bus trips.

- The hotel room had no kettle or coffee and tea making facilities - you could only buy cold drinks from a vending machine in the corridor or hot drinks from the bar downstairs.

+ Excellent accommodation for its very reasonable price. We all had rooms which accommodated 3 people and all the beds were comfortable. The on suite shower room was very good as well. The staff were very helpful and booked us taxi's as soon as we asked.

- A bit away from the centre of Amsterdam but public transport and taxi's were easily accessable. Taxi rates vary and some can be very expensive, taking advantage of people who have experienced the excesses of the night life. Ask the price before getting in. We would have experimented with the public transport if we had had more time.

+ The hotel was very clean and modern - the room was a good size and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was quite nice with a good choice available, although maybe not worth an extra 11 euro per day. Although the hotel is out in the suburbs, it's only a 15-minute bus journey from Central Station with the No. 48 bus stopping right outside the hotel.

- If you're looking for a view, forget it - the room overlooked a drive-through Burger King although there were some wind turbines in the distance! There was a smell of stale smoke from the room - I had to leave a window open the whole time I was there (I was not given a choice between a smoking or non-somking room). Hairdryer and iron are supposedly available but you have to go to reception to get them - I went looking for an iron several times but there was never one available.
