Lovers of arts and culture can find everything to their heart's content at the nearby 'Leidseplein', the location of several stages for popular music such as the 'Melkweg' and 'Paradiso', as well as the municipal theatre 'Stadsschouwburg'. Hotel Mozart is also the perfect base for guests that prefer to go shopping or to go on a canal cruise.

- Nice budget hotel in good location
- For the location and price of this hotel we would recommend it to others. It's a small, clean hotel with all the facilities you need for a city trip and is close to the tram lines and some great restaurants!
- A plus for some maybe but we found the hotel very warm! But at least we could rectify this by turning off the heating and opening the windows which you can't do in other hotels! It also has the potential to be very noisy so bring earplugs!

- Very small for the price
- Very good location - right in the middle of everything but set on a quiet canal. And a TV.
- Very small room. Tiny. Small single bed. And for this I think very expensive - tho the conversion rate is very bad for me at the moment.

- Good size room & bathroom, comfortable bed and good breakfast.
- Avoid room 1 if you can, window looks onto the back of the reception and there is little or no natural light.

- Quiet at the hotel but just round the corner is all the restaurants, bars etc, and only a tram ride to central station. Can walk to dam square.

- absurdly small rooms
- Great location
- The smallest room possibly imaginable. We booked a triple room, and I'm pretty sure my friend could have kicked my head from the location of her bed. We are three females, small in size, and I knocked my elbows so many times while in the shower and bathroom, it was absurd. There was barely room in there for the 3 beds, not to mention our luggage. Yes, the price is relatively inexpensive, but I know you can get a larger room at the same price.

- THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT, NEAR MUSEUMS AND CENTER TOWN, AND AT THE SAME TIME IN A VERY QUIET AND NICE STREET. EVERYTHING IS CLEAN. I DO NOT NEED MORE.
- THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS NOT VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE PRODUCTS OFFERED WERE LESS VARIED THAN IN OTHER SIMILAR HOTELS. ACCEPTABLE, ANYWAY.

- Value with limitations
- The location was super and the canal view room was well worth the added money as the interior rooms are very dark. Front desk personal were very helpful and were there 24 hours.
- Furnishings very poor quailty, older IKEA, etc. Room was not cleaned one day. Also asked twice for a light bulb in the bath to be changed and it never was. Breakfast should be served a little longer as sometimes hard to make it by 10 am. It was OK for the money, just do not expect luxury.

- Nice hotel, good location
- The location was very good with plenty of restaurants just outside and close to transports and museums, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice.
- We had a leakage in our room but it was quickly solved as we got a new room. The room size was variable, but generally small and always with very small windows that on 2 occasions faced the inside of the building and on the other one the backyard so natural light was not a plus. Despite friendly, the hotel staff was totally unable to provide us with any tourist help, they knew very little about where to go and what to do.

- The walls were very thin. My sleep was often disturbed by the sounds of toilets flushing and people taking showers late at night. The fire alarm was activated on two of the four nights that we stayed at the hotel. We had to buy ear plugs to sleep at all. Needless to say, we were happy to leave.

- The hotel advertisements spoke about a beautiful view from the rooms: in most cases windows look at a dark and stinking internal pit. These rooms have never seen the sunlight. Anyway Amsterdam remains a wonderful city and some little discomfort are easily bearable

- The hotel is in a very central location and staff were willing to assist us in our choices of things to do during our stay.
- Staff were slow to check us in/out and impolite (on one occasion). The room was very small with no natural light. It was also too hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not of an appropriate standard considering the price. We checked out one night early. Shame
