No cold water the first day, Ok, we was warned ...but the next day we had some hours with nothing but very hot water. Bathtub water very difficult to regulate.

Very good hotel with friendly and motivated staff. The location is quiet, but really close to the museums and a short walk from the lively center of the city. Ideal in my opinion if you're looking to take in a bit of everything. Rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and small fridge, which are things I always welcome!!!

Stayed at NH Museum Quarter. It really is a good location. +- a block to tram stop lines 16 & 24. Did not get upgrade room, but was still probably 2nd nicest room I have stayed in Amsterdam.

Internet service was bad. They give you 30 minutes free in the lobby. Unless you are just checking your e-mail, it's a waste of time. High charge to get internet in your room.

Modern with a nice sense of art deco design, super clean, very comfortable bed, the nicest staff, great location. We loved everything about our stay there. Booked through the 'NH surprise hotel' deal and got a great rate. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We were asked when booking for any request? We asked to be as near as possible to central station. Of all the 9 hotels mentioned, we were given the 2nd furthest away from central station. Also when booking, it clearly states, 'you will be notifed within 48 hours of which hotel you will be staying'.
We were notifed 144 hours later. When we complained about which hotel we'd been given and the lengthly delay it took to inform us, we received no apology or no other hotel was offered as an alternative, I even asked to cancel this booking so I could re-book in either the Barbizon palace, or The Krasnapolsky Hotel, through Hotels.nl, but was told my booking was a no cancelation booking.
Having booked many times before with Hotels.nl, we found the customer satisfaction on this occasion disgustingly bad, that bad, when I next return in Febuary '11, Hotels.nl will be the very last resort to book a hotel.
We came home feeling that, although the hotel and staff were fantastic, this special offer is only there to fill the NH Museum Quarter Hotel, and the NH Musica Hotel. I feel like I've been mugged!!
