Stay here it's really good!

Everything! We had a double room with a bathroom, it was clean and modern, the beds were really comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful - The location is fantastic for Leidseplein! This will be my first choice next time we come back to Amsterdam - you cannot find anything better for the money!

None - don't worry about the trams outside, they are not that loud and didn't bother us all!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De manager Fatima is een geweldig persoon voor die Job. Ze is zeer vriendelijk, persoonlijk en heel erg behulpzaam. Zij is echt een aanwinst voor het hotel. Verder is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima en de ligging van het hotel is heel erg gunstig. Heel centraal gelegen en vanaf de P&R parkeerplaatsen aan de rand van Amsterdam heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar.

It was very cheap by Amsterdam standards. Clean and warm. Right beside the no.2 tram line, so easy to get to the museums etc.

Rude staff. The room was MUCH worse than in the picture. We immediatly tried to book another hotel because we feelt tricked. The staff were rude and the toilett really really smeled bad... The whole experience were unfullfilling and I will send friends to other hotels. Please inform guest that this is a budget stard hotel with expensive prices and terrible staff.

Worst Experience Of A Hostel In MY LIFE

Location is good because its in the Red Light District, other than that i would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

They authorize your credit card before you arrive for the first nights stay, and you don't receive it back on your card for 30 days, its an absolute disgrace, their customer service is the worst i have ever seen and i am a seasoned traveler, they don't even respond to your your emails, they steal your deposit for the security box as well. ***PLEASE AVOID THIS HOSTEL***

Excellent friendly staff. Super location for site seeing. I would recommend it as a short saty hotel for a long weekend.

Very steep stairs up to entrance and our double room wasnt very big but adequate with a useful en suite . Our tea making facilities were outside our room in the breakfast area . We thought they would havebeen in our room !
