- Excellent hotel in great location
- Fantastic location right in the Vondelpark and only steps from museums and shops. The hotel's interior is very stylish and cozy, with comfortable and beautiful rooms. The hotel bar is a lovely place to relax and meet with friends. Service is very helpful and friendly. Guests have free access to the internet and the hotel has printing facilities. Staff helps with booking museum tickets to avoid the queues.
- Can't really think of much. The bathroom ventilation system seems to draw in smoke from smoking areas outside the hotel (as the hotel itself is non-smoking), which is a bit unpleasant. Switching off the room A/C caused the room temperature to drop steeply overnight, while leaving it on means some noise. We didn't try the breakfast as it was not included in the rate.

- Perfect for a romantic stay
- It is a nicely situated hotel with a serene room decoration, which offers a pleasant neutral atmosphere for everyone's taste. The very high ceilings and long windows with the beautiful view over the park (I stayed on 3rd floor) with its long dark heavy curtains give a romantic touch to the room. Nicely aired, fresh and clean room and bathroom, a comfortable bed. The lift was barely heard from my room which was a definite plus point. In summary, a good traditional Amsterdam hotel, which puts you in the same mode as the city, you'll feel like you belong.
- Only the size which actually is part of Amsterdam and can be quite cute. I could say that the double room was a bit too small for two people, with one of the bed sides against the wall and a tiny bathroom with hardly any space to put down toiletries. As I stayed by myself it was perfect, and so it would be for a fresh couple, I'm sure. If planning to stay with a friend then I'd suggest you request a double room with twin beds for more comfort.

- Nice Hotel in Museum Area
- The price of a two night stay in a single room wasn't too bad. Location is good as it is near Rijksmuseum and Van Goh Museum as well as Vondelpark, Casino and Leidsensplein area. Modern-style lobby area was appealing.
- Single room was a bit small - not ideal for a stay of more than a couple of nights. Breakfast was not included in the room price.

- Almost excellent except no free Wifi even at the lobby
- Great Staff. Fast Service.
- No free Wifi even at the lobby. There are some business emails that needs to be checked and the customer need to pay extra for it. I think this is the only thing that lacks in this Hotel.

- Nice location by the Vondelpark on the edge of the centre of the city. Professional, friendly staff. Clean and seemingly well maintained facilities. Bar/lounge open late.

- Nice hotel, good location. Small rooms only drawback.
- Hotel is in a good location near to the lively Leidesplein area. Trams take you to Dam Square etc in only a few minutes. We stayed in October when it was very cold outside but the hotel was lovely and warm. The general areas (reception/bar/dining) were very modern. The staff were helpful and friendly.
- Room was very small. We stayed for 4 nights. The only aspect of our double room that was suitable for 2 people was the fact there were 2 beds. However, there was only room for storing one suitcase and the wardrobe was only large enough for 1 persons clothes. No air-con may be an issue in summer but wasn't for us in October. All in all we would stay here again but would try and get a larger room.

- nice and cosy hotel
- very nice and uncomplicated staff / stylish interior / cosy atmosphere / free internet in the lobby
- breakfast wasn't included, elevator looks trashy (in comparison to rest of the hotel;)we would like to recommend that towels are only renewed when signaled by the guest by placing them on the floor, instead of everyday (this would be more economic)!

- Very impressed!!
- Excellent. Very good value and great location. My room was spotless, modern and very comfortable, not like many run down places in Amsterdam. I was genuinely very impressed. Bathrooms were excellent. The overall hotel was of an equally high satndard. Would certainly recommend staying here. Before arriving my room requests were also met with no fuss - very good!
- The room could have been bigger (as always) though was by no means small. A single room with Desk, chair, wardrobe, bathroom - was ample.

- Just one point. After returning from being out all day Saturday, our room had obviously been cleaned and the door was left ajar. Not good from a security point of view. We didn't complain because nothing was missing and everything else was fantastic. So we were lucky. But I wouldn't expect that to happen again!
