The system can provide you with information about good restaurants and other areas of interest in the vicinity or about the movie selection of local cinemas. A special function enables you to contact the Qbic staff.

+ Great bed, awesome lounge chair. Lighting is suggestive particularly after visiting the famous red light district. It might give couples inspiration. Nice design. Loved the rain shower. Staff very friendly and we were able to check in past midnight.
- Location is a bit out of the city center. Windows are lacking, might have benefitted from a great mural. I would suggest to stay here if you are spending max 2 nights and arent claustrophobic. Furthermore, it is a room meant to sleep, not to live in.
Anonymous Funky Place to Stay
7.8
+ Its a really funky place to stay and would gladly stay there again.
- Bit to far from the central city, but really easy to reach from the airport
Anonymous It will not be my first option
6.4
+ free wifi internet, safe in the room in fornt to the transport link to the city centre price is ok
- VERY DARK ROOM, the lamps provide in the room was not enought to be able to ready, I open the curtains to organize my suitcase, but also means that everybody who works in the building or walk around could see me and everything inside of the room the floor was really dust, we wake up at 8 in the morning with a building noise,
Aleksandar Ivanchev Nice hotel, unique rooms, expensive car parking,no free parking nerby
6.4
+ Nice hotel, good conections to city downtown and airport. Free wi fi.design rooms.
- it is a problem to find free park space near the hotel. The WTC parking is too expensive for me
danielle moran Love it

+ different, great design, location.
- no air conditioning in room
JS Nice concept but slightly disappointing
5.2
+ very friendly staff and a good value for money breakfast. Also nice long bed!
- Cold room( and no way of adjusting temperature). Not very practical rooms, i.e. hardly any space to put clothes, and toiletries. Also no door on bathroom and an automatic light switch which is impractical for nighttime visits! Also the mattress has an annoying gap in the middle of it.
Silvia Hamasaki Nice location, cool environment but no toilet doors!
7.6
+ Cool and funy environment.
- Toilet with NO doors, it gives something for people to talk about but this was a very BIG minus for us.
charles Economical clean hotel spoilt by a feature. Can be fixed
7.6
+ Very Friendly and helpful staff.... Excellent Breakfast Good price/ package for 3 nights
- Needs to be a door or a screen or at least a curtain to close off the toilet area. This is a pity as it was the only thing which we did not like and would discourage us from booking again... We go to Amsterdam very often to visit family.
Tom Good value for money
7.4
+ easily accessible, big room and bed, quiet, ideal for sleeping
- silly bathroom design, no windows was weird at first
Stefano

+ Free wifi!! Large room, large and very comfy bed, excellent breakfast. Loved the staff who really made me feel at home. Room was well suited for working. Quiet. Very close to the RAI conference center, and just 10-15 min away from downtown.

+ I'd be wasting my time if I tried to think of something positive to write here. But just to play devil's advocate it's close to the airport.
- The room displayed online looked nothing like the actual room we stayed in. If your expecting the accent blue lights surrounding your bed, good luck finding the switch for them, or even the lights themselves. Also, the location SUCKS. Make sure you like riding the tram for 25 minutes just to get to central station. The hotel seemed unfinished, and management just wanted to generate some revenue during the construction period. Also please bring all thermal gear you own and prepare to sleep in climates of -8 degrees Celsius. Cheers.

+ nice room
- Bad to find late @ night
KOS Extortionate Price for Basic Concept.
5.8
+ Comfortable bed. Very clean. Functional.
- The price! OK, it's IBC weekend, but 209 euro per night is extortionate. For such a minimalist concept, the price should be much lower regardless of season or event. Apart from the bed, everything else is too hard. Lacks warmth (as in comfortable looking). Bathroom not spacious enough. Shower screen should extend further. Floor outside shower gets soaked when using shower. No replacement shower gel after the first night. No air conditioning control and lighting is poor and hard on the eyes. All of these negatives are acceptible for a lower price.
Robu Mihaela Only for one night, not more....
5.4
+ Bon matelas
- Pas de porte aux toilettes. Pas de fenêtres, pas de piles dans la télécommande.
Jarle Håbesland Great stay near RAI
8.2
+ Very close to RAI where we where attending a show. Free WiFi service.
- My remote to the TV didn't work
Anonymous Stylish but ventilation should be better
5.8
+ Stylish, design looks good, good bed..
- No windows, no proper ventilation, after shower it remained very moist throughout the night, not adjustable.
Mr Craig Healey Good quality for the price, but check reviews to see if it will suit.
7.2
+ Easy transport links. Free wifi. For Amsterdam it is a low price for a large room. Designer style. Manager helpful (but few staff).
- Not in the city centre. Lacking expensive hotel extras such as restaurant, laundry etc. World Trade Centre and surrounding area is pretty dead at weekends.
James Blevins Good value
8.2
+ Very large room for Amsterdam. The bed is very comfortable. Just steps from Station Zuid so very convienient to the airport.
- Far from center of Amsterdam. I had to take the Metro (51) to Weesperplein and then transfer to number 10 tram to Leidseplein. One more transfer to get to Dam Square. No door on bathroom.
Anonymous Nice place!
8.8
+ Very big room. Cool colours. Comfy bed. Easy to access from tram/train station. Friendly staff.
- Weird smell from shower when first turned on (this could just be an Amsterdam thing though!)
Henk van Eldik A new nice place to stay if prices remain nice.
9.2
+ nice room, almost all there what you need. Great breakfast and cheapest I have seen for years Excellent service
- No hair drayer Easier to find as thought from the other reviews I booked at a discount but regular price is too high for me to become a regular
Joseph Ellison Designer hotel at a reasonable price
7.2
+ Very comfortable. Self service check in was very straight forward.
- There should be a door on the bathroom.
Rene Clarke My thoughts on the Qbic hotel Amsterdam.
8.6
+ Qbic Amsterdam is a great trendy hotel, in a fantastic location. The beds are most comfortable; and for a budget hotel, located within the WTC, right next to the railway station, it's a very convenient place to be. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Amsterdam, and stay just outside of town.
- There is no door on the toilet facility of the 'cube'. This takes away some privacy, but if you're not shy, it's no problem.

+ Room a lot larger than I thought. Very quiet. Very clean and modern.
- The mood lighting didn't work on the bed.

- The bathroom was the only minus but not a bad minus, it would be nice to have a door and a fan.

+ Service was fantastic. Staff were English-speaking, very helpful and friendly.
- The hotel, whilst close to public transport, was a little too far outside the centre of Amsterdam.

+ Xtremly helpful clerks. just one minute walk from tram and train.
- have to call the clerk every time you want to enter the building, maby you could use your keycard to lock yourself in instead..?

+ internet access; excellent staff; low noise level; good bed; attitude towards improvement all pluses and minuses result in 7+ mark
- non-cube furniture odd; no towel rack; no toilet roll holder; shower too low for > 1.85; illegible print on door; little info about QBic itself;

+ The hotel is a very unique concept. The beds were very comfortable. The assistants on duty during our stay were very courteous, professional and helpful.
- I would prefer a bathroom door....luckily, I brought room spray to counteract the effects of our bathroom visits. Not a problem if it's only 1 person..but for 2....uhmm...well, I prefer a little privacy.

- Check in process not easy, no phone, had problems with TV and electricity.

8.2
+ This was the nicest hotel we stayed in for our entire European trip and was just as reasonably priced.
- The confirmation page did not have the address or phone number of the hotel. When we finally figured out it was someone in the World Trade Center buildings that span an entire block, there wasn't any sign for the Qbic, only directions to a "Hotel". Fortunately, after spending an hour and a half trying to find it, it was actually the Qbic.

8.4
+ Great concept, great design aspects and more than comfortable stay for hotel in Amsterdam. Great value for the price, would definitely stay here again, also closer to centre than expected, only 10 mins by tram and a fantastic Japanese noodle place just out the door of Tower C of the WTC!! Self service check in / out great, reception area very groovy. All round..Loved it.
- Unfortunately, mood lighting broken in our room, reported and advised would be fixed following morning but wasn't. Still, everything else, great, just shame didn't get to play with the lights. A very minor grumble which didn't affect my overall impression and satisfaction.

4.6
+ Interesting concept.
- Really really hard to find. We arrived on a Saturday and the place was deserted. It took us over an hour to find the very small sign for the hotel. The hotel itself is located inside an office tower. In order to gain entry you must ring the doorbell of the correct tower which is unmarked. No door on the bathroom was a bit awkward. The light system was neat but didn't work correctly. I would have liked two keys so that one of us could stay in the room while the other went out.

+ Something Different love the colours that change the room. Staff are very helpful and it's as if they live there. The vending machines are good and well priced especialy the waffle's. Located in the WTC next to Zuid Station. Would stay there again.
- The TV picture is hard to see when laying in bed. Be careful with the TV Remote as the Cable on it (whrer it has been cut) can stab you in the finger.

+ Everything - good value, quiet, excellent access to centre of town and airport, breakfast excellent, loved the lighting, absolutely nothing wrong.
- None

9.2
+ The service was very professional and kind. The room was very nicely designed. This is much appreciated to have a nice room without having to pay exorbitant amounts of money. What i thought might be an inconvinience was the location but being next to the subway and tram station it was easy to get to the center of amsterdam. (20 min's, tram 5)
- none that i can think of.

7.8
+ Hotel Qbic is a hip hotel with modern features. Easily accessible via local transport and contained within a secure building. The bed has to be the highlight of my holiday it was sooo comfortable!
- A noticeable lack of privacy with the design layout of the room as it is an open plan bedroom/shower room but we found it ok and it wouldn't put us off staying there again.
Andrew Link
10
+ Very convenient to public transportation. Staff extremely friendly.
- Hard to find - the Web directions don't indicate that it is INSIDE the WTC. Flat screen TV is hard to see from the bed.
Anonymous
5.4
+ economical, with wireless internet for free
- location inside the WTC building not marked from the outside. Access during off hours requires contacting WTC security. No windows with poor artificial lighting. No doors to the bathroom
Matia Campo

+ ottimo, ben collegato, pulito, letti comodi, tecnologico e dal design molto originale.
- il bagno senza porta è una pecca grave ma superabile.
