Emily Gomes Good value for the price. Wish there was AC.

+ The breakfast was delicious. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Beds were pretty comfortable. The mini safe was good to have. Right next to the tram stop that takes you directly to the airport!
- Not air conditioned!! You can open with glass door, but we were on the ground level next to a parking lot, so it was too risky.
Faye Paynter An affordable hotel with helpful staff all in a great location.
9.0
+ Great location to the market, heineken, vondelpark and van gogh & rijkmuseums but still close to the city centre and other main attractions. Was fantastic to be able to park our car at the hotel and staff were very helpful.
- Our room was on the Stadhouderskade side which meant it was a little noisy with the cars and foot traffic. It was also very easy to hear people within the rooms around us.

+ comfortable, clean and friendly - very convenient location for trams and market
- problem with the security box in the room which was not resolved as promised
FOLUKE PHILLIP Nice but almost there
7.6
+ friendly staff were really helpfull and made me feel at home which i think is very important.
- Think the rooms should be fitted with Airconditioning systems, the weather cant always be what u've known it to be. It was hot and my room was on the ground floor so leaving the window open meant noise from traffic and cigarette fumes from smokers outdoor. That wasnt nice at all.
May Seasons Hotel : What you see is what you get.
7.8
+ Its was very close to the centre, you could get to the centre if you walked 10-15 min.
- Well, this hotel is one that serves it purpose: to give you a bed to sleep in. Dont expect lluxurious accomodations or any other sort of thing (butler, etc.) I think I payed more than what I got.
Ali Check out Hotel Seasons!

+ Breakfast is excellent
- Room 108 is a little noisy since it's right beside the parking lot.

+ very friendly staff, food great, tram line accross the road which will get you where you need to go
- triple room very small for three adults

4.8
+ breakfast OK and location would generally have been good apart from the works going on outsude the hotel
- Bed not comfortable and tight fit againt the wall Works going on outside meant we were woken by contractors early in the morning Would have thought Internet access could have been free rather than 5euros per hour still a bit pricey for size of room
Anonymous Great location - sloppy service
6.2
+ location great and clean rooms
- Check in disastrous gave them our booking confirmation with our name and address togther with our passports ut they still managed to book us in under totally different names and addresses and its our fault this happened!!!!! Also took forever!!!! We had booked a late check out but yet our room was locked out at 12 and not 4 as we had booked and were told that it would be €10 per hour after that - again not what we had booked!!! Basicially reception staff awful 3 hours to get an extra pillow so much for their 15 min policy or stay free !!!!
Anonymous Okey 3star hotel in Amsterdam

+ People at the hotel desk were kind and nice. Breakfast tasted good, and it was neat and tidy. Quiet both in the hotel and outside at night.
- Instead of replacing coffecups we had used for drinks in the room, with new washed ones, the cleaninglady only wiped them "clean". We could se that they were still dirty. That's a BIG minus. It would have been nice to have been made aware that you had to book the shuttle bus to the airport.
Bart Wilburn Decent Location...but construction is no good.
7.2
+ The hotel was in a decent location...tram is close...and cabs are not too bad.
- OMG the noise!!! If you are a couple...on a romantic getaway..this is not the hotel for you. I think the walls are made of cloth. You can hear everything going on with every room on your floor
Anonymous Perfect way to end our holiday in the Netherlands at Hotel Seasons.

Penelope Convenient location, very adequate hotel.
9.6
+ Everything was very well done, most especially the breakfast ladies who did such a good job preparing the food. Desk staff were most helpful.
- I think they should have vacuumed the front stairs, they were needing it the whole time of our visit.

+ Generous breakfast, nice people on reception desk, tram stop nearby, nice district, very warm room.
- A bit far from downtown (about 20 minutes walk), check-out time (11 a.m - however they gave us a 40-minute extension), triple room was quite small. Tip: If you get lost, walk at the RIGHT side of Amstel canal. Always hold a map, it's better not try to pronounce the address unless you are native :-)

+ breakfast is great! you can make a toast, cereals, coffee, juice. some cheese and sausage, omelette - no more is needed! hotel team are adorable and very kind.

+ Excellent breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Very fresh bread and first class sevice. The hotel is in a nice area and very handy for the tram stop.
- The twin room was so small that it was impossible for myself and my room mate to get dressed at the same time. Would be ok as a single. We had to jam the window open with a tin can. There was no toaster in the breakfast room and toast had to be made on a griddle. It took ages.

8.2
+ Staff in restaurant (breakfast) were extremely pleasant and helpful. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Room was ok, quite bright and modern. Hotel has good links with Tram network (only a short walk from Tram stop). Quite pleasant views overlooking canal.
- No bar to buy a selection of drinks in an evening - only a vending machine. Tea/Coffee making sachets were in short supply but extra were given on request.

+ -The hotel's people were very kind -our room was, each day, perfectly clean -not very far from centrum (+/- 20 minutes walking) -very close to tram station (50m) -breakfast was good and complete, you may re-serve yourself as much as you want. -Free coffie in the bedroom
- "Light" minus points: - the breakfast room is not "ready", but you have to install yourself your fork, spoons, knifes, glasses, ... -bedroom's walls seems relatively thin (we heard television from the next rooms) The only real minus point: - the Hotel's parking only contains places for +/- 9 cars. ==> Parking price is 18.5¤/day in the street or 42.5¤/day in the public parking at 500m from the hotel (Tips: price in this public parking is 37.5¤ (for the whole stay) if you loose your parking card :-))) ).

+ The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable which I think most of us will need after a full day of hanged out, day and night. :) Breakfast is great and staffs are friendly too!
- Mirror in the bathroom is sooo high for Asian visitors, actually it will fits for someone at least 1.8m at height. Triple room size is extremely small and we cannot move around after we have stacked up our luggages on the floor. (3 handcarry size bags) one night we returned to the room at 7pm, there were fresh towels but the room wasnt clean up.

+ Reasonable cost - rooms well appointed for a 3 * - like with most things you get what you pay for
- Room service was non-existant - we had to make our own bed - one lift that seems to take for ever to arrive - some might find it a little bit out of the way but it is very close to a tram stop

+ I feel we had a great time, everyone at the hotel was most helpful and friendly especially the staff in the breakfast area. They were so pleasant and friendly, your desk clerk even took us to the ATM machine, he was so kind. The hotel is conviently located to transportation. we had a great time. If we had known it was the Queen Mother's birthday we would have stayed longer.

+ Location.
- After we had checked in, a staff member walked into our room using a universal key asking us to vacate the room. We were disgusted at this invasion of privacy. The walls were VERY thin!!! The room smelt dirty.

+ the women in breakfast room were friendly.
- They put us in a smoking room when they knew we were coming with a baby. They did not answer my emails. The rooms are too small. It was too expensive for the quality you were getting.

+ Nice beds, good spaced rooms, 10 minutes walk from center and 1 minute walk from Albert Huip (can't remember if it is spelled right=) market. I still have to say that breakfast was ok as well as ladies helping and serving during breakfast.
- After first night the room was cleaned ok and beds made. After second night beds made but no cleaning of coffee cups and garbage can. On the third night coffe cups and garbage still unclean but what's worse on it they didn't do our beds, so our room had no cleaning service for our last night. We always woke up at 9 so they had plenty of time. Another odd thing is that they made me pay for the accomodation on the check in. This was the only hotel where this happened to me on arrival and not on check out. After that, I asked in the front desk where could I put my stamped postcards and the man offered to put it for me. After 1 month postcards weren't delivered. With 1,5 Euro stamp they should have been deliverd in 4-5 days...not. On our way out we are sure we have forgotten a bag with souvenir on the front desk. After telephoning to the reception they denied...I would love to believe him...but after some dissapointment with all I can't. And don't ask them to call for a taxi for your to the airport. They'll charge extra 12¤ for it. Look directly in advance for TCA taxis and arrange it for yourself. They have fixed rates, speak english and are polite. =)

+ The location is perfect! Night bus, lot's of tram, and if you want to walk the centre is 15-20 min. Very good and clear bathroom. The breakfast was good and well-chosen. In all was Great!
- The staff didn't clear out our waste-bin if and only if we did do up! You can cafe and tea in the room, but after first day the staff did not make up for instant cafe.
Rob
8.4
+ The quality of the hotel compared to those in the city center was very good for the price we paid. Breakfast was lovely
- on the write up it did not advise that the hotel was actually 6 or 7 tram stops away from city center. This cost us cosiderble amounts on taxi fares. Advice on what tram to get and the correct stop to get off at would have been very helpful this could have been easily posted on the website or written on the confirmation slip.

+ Location, and the airport shuttle was very useful.
- Would have liked to be able to read, could not as room lighting very low. Asked staff to fix, but they did not.I think a hotel of this standard and price should provide this basic service.
