Hotel Seven One Seven Amsterdam is located behind the beautiful facade of a monumental 19th century canal house. The hotel has an elegant patio and offers very comfortable rooms and suites. Het hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam, close to the beautiful Prinsengracht and the Jordaan quarter.

The back part of the house dates from the 17th century and was occupied for years by a wealthy sugar merchant. At the beginning of the 19th century, he expanded the property into the Prinsengracht to demonstrate his prosperity to the Amsterdam citizens. The back house was then only used as sugar mill. The building has since had several destinations. At the end of the last century it was completely restored and it opened its doors as Hotel Seven One Seven.
