The Bridge Hotel has a beautiful location in Amsterdam, along the river Amstel, next to the famous theater Carré. Many of Amsterdam's attractions are within walking distance of the hotel, including the lively squares Rembrandtplein and Waterlooplein and by tram you can easily reach other parts of the city. The hotel has rooms for one to four people. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower or bath and toilet, and a television. There are lockers available for your valuables in the hotel, and bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the3 hotel free of charge.

suzanne Would definitely return for my next visit: 1 April 2010; 9.8; + location could not be better, staff were great, very good value for what you get, breakfast was superb for an inclusive type of breakfast. it was extremely quiet , and had a view of the canal z(a boat was directly out side my window in fact).lovely modern decor, all newly renovated. very good shower.; - had to walk up stairs with luggage. would be a deterrent for those unable to get around physically (the elderly or handicapped). hard to find from directions on website- wandered lost in the rain, no one knew where it was and the directions of 200 metres from the tram were not accurate. but just ahve the exact address with you (unlike me, only relying on the directions ) and it would be easy to find.

Clive Cartner & Lisa Eke A lovely friendly hotel on the banks of the Amstel...: 29 December 2009; 9.8; + A lovely friendly hotel, sitting on the banks of the Amstel. Just out of the centre of Amsterdam (20mins walk from Centraal Station) it's location is great because you don't hear traffic & and people outside at night.. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the rooms had a modern feel, with flat screen LCD tv's, and walk in showers. The hotel also contains free internet for guests. As the hotel is a B&B, breakfast was provided, with a wide range of items. A person was on the front desk 24 hours a day and was always helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bridge Hotel and would stay there again if I went back to Amsterdam. I would also recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you!; - None.

The breakfast was in a bright sunny room with hot and cold items. The owner also told us of a wondeerful Indonesian restaurant that we enjoyed our last night. Would highly recommend the Bridge. Also it was totally clean and appliances and baths were spotless.; - It is not in the center of activity. That can be both a plus and a minus. We found by canal boat or the nbr 9 tram we could get anywhere in minutes.

The view from the room (amstel view room) was lovely.; - Nice room but we were promised a balcony which we found to be locked due to maintenance. No tea and coffee making facilities, no fridge, no balcony, no plastic cups at the water fountain and a very odd evening receptionist. This is not a cheap hotel, I paid 510 Euros for 3 nights and if I'm honest expected a little more than what we got.

Paul Fijn hotel direct aan de Amstel in de grachtengordel!: 23 December 2010; 7.8; + We konden al om 13.00 uur inchecken en onze bagage in de kamer neerzetten om de stad in te gaan. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was keurig netjes, niet groot, maar prima. Voor een mooie prijs. Ontbijtbuffet prima, niet overdreven luxe, maar alles bij elkaar een prachthotel voor in de Amsterdamse binnenstad, vlak naast Carré en overal dichtbij! Na uitchecken mochten we gratis bagage laten staan tot we 's middags met de trein naar huis gingen.; - Eigenlijk niets!

Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet dat tot de laatste minuut werd angevuld.; - Amsterdam in de sneeuw - buiten was het glad en koud. Het wachten totdat de voordeur open gaat kan dan wel lang voelen.

Door het slechte weer vonden we buiten de stad parkeren geen optie dus hebben we 90€ extra betaald, wel erg veel niet? En geen lift, terwijl onze vrienden op't 4e! verdiep sliepen
