- Temperature in sleeping room was too high. Malfunction of airco. Opening window was no alternative (loudness traffic). I had a bad stay / sleep during this overnight.

- It has 24 tea or juice service at the bar. Location in central is great. Responsive and friendly service. Breakfast quality is good.

- Good situation. Felt comfortable walking from the hotel, past the docks and down by the river to the Old Town area. Room was clean and roomy.
- Handwash in bathroom ran out on day 2 and was not replaced. Some mornings it was difficult to get a table for breakfast due to the volume of people eating.

- Next time we will use this hotel again when visiting Antwerp.
- Good location, very near the main shopping street of Antwerp and an approximate 10-15 minutes walk from the main squares of Antwerp (Grote Markt, Groenplaats). Also very near the central railway station. Parking is almost next to the hotel. The parking rate in July 2009 is EUR 12.5/24 hrs. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. The room was very big and had an air conditioning.
- Trams are passing by and that makes some noise and you feel the trembling a little bit. You would feel it in any building near tram rails. That is the consequence of the good location. It did not disturb us in any way.

- Prachtige kamer, heerlijk ontbijt. Rustige kamer en toch in het centrum vlak naast het station. Vriendelijk personeel.
- Ondanks de thermostaat op de kamer, die naar ons idee geen invloed had op de temperatuur, was het subtropisch. Vooral 's nachts vonden wij het veel te warm. Het leek op een warme zomernacht, wel leuk, maar niet fijn om in te slapen.

- Veel ruimte, geweldige kunst in de hal, op de 1ste verdieping en de ontbijtzaal goeie douche en de boxspring bedden zijn ok. fijn om een keukentje te hebben, fantastisch hoge ramen,
- de keukenvloer kleefde veel kapotte dingen zoals een losse kaptafelklep, plint weg, trapleuning los, kapot lampje, maar 1 nachtkastje, roestplekkeken op de grond en aan leidingen karig meubilair Het zou gerenoveerd zijn begin dit jaar, maar ik denk dat ze een paar kamers vergeten zijn.

- Comfortable and affordable, this hotel makes you forget its few cons.
- Great price. Comfortable beds. Very close to the central station, as well as the (very jewish) diamond district. Very pleasing breakfast offering.
- Bathroom looked somewhat old (rusty, damaged handle in the bathtum for example). Missing shower gel in the available shower gel dispenser. Did they just forget to refill it? Kind of amateuristic. Unusual TV set with built in internet, movies and ordinary TV channels. Sounds great, but it isn't clear what's free and what needs to be paid for, so the result is a very careful customer who ends up sticking with regular television. No safe to put valuables in. But honestly, the hotel is great for the price you pay.
