*my tipStarbucks op 100 meter in Centraal Station.

Goed comfortabel hotel.
Parkeergarage lokatie(vlak bij station)
October 3, 2012
Terrible service in restaurant (The square brasserie)
Check-in and -out process was (very) slow
Parking places very small
That was fun.
The greatest thing was being at a transportation hub for Europe and Belgium in general, and Antwerp in particular.
Having the Astrid trolley platform right under the hotel. The porter gave excellent directions, including use of the "Lijn".
Having bikes available for the guests was a nice touch.
Having BBC available on the TV was a plus for us English speakers.
Free luggage storage for those of us on business after check-out.
No porter service available or offered at check in.
Club Carlson card not offered.
The neighborhood was a little sketchy, though the girl on the corner advertising her "service" was very cute.
*my tipGet to know how to use the Astrid trolley stop right away. It will help you get around.
Price quality ok. Smokers rooms dirty.
Hotel is located very central.
Even though we booked a smoking room it does mean that it has to smell so bad. We have better experience in other hotels with smoking rooms where the room is clean and doesn't smell.
Hotel location nearby center of Antwerp it's still far to walk.
Personal are friendly only gif tip if they bring your luggage upstares otherwise you get unfriendly face.
Bathroom not with separate doche.
And unfriendly personal to bring you luggage
Prachtig, maar duur hotel in centrum Antwerpen
Uitgebreide fitnessruimte, whirlpool, stoombad en sauna.
Restaurant serveert prima eten.
Business Stay in Antwerp
Great location opposite Central Antwerp railway station.
Too expensive for what it was. I had to provisionally re-arrange one of my nights stay with another sister hotel, as initially the 3 days I requested were not available, but on arrival after again requesting that I needed to stay for another night, the hotel advised that I could stay, but the rate had gone up significantly, from €189 - €219. This is not good business practice to instil loyalty.
Nice beds, friendly personel
Excellent location, cantral, friendly personnel and good value from all points of view.
None that I can think of!
Excellent hotel, superb service.
Excellent service, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Superb location, metro station was right in front of the hotel and there was another metro station underneath the hotel.
Double bed had no double duvet.
Classic chain hotel in convenient location
proximity to train station,
close to zoo and aquarium
no towel robe given for spa area
a bit noisy
the 'famous' breakfast was a disappointment

Comfortable Hotel with a great location.
Very comfortable bed.
Nice Swimming Pool & Leisure Centre.
Pleasant stay at a perfect location.
Parking facility is good.
Breakfast is good.
The price for parking your car is too high, around 15% of the price for the room.
The breakfast room is too small for the amound of people.
Excellent location; friendly service both front desk and in restaurant; good price / value relation.
Ontbijt voldoende keus, maar erg chaotisch
prettig verblijf in een prima hotel
mooi hotel, mooie kamers, uitstekend ontbijd.
First class Antwerp city break hotel with excellent location
Excellent location near the train station. Good breakfast facilities. Rooms well laid out and very comfortable. Ideal hotel for a city break.
Swimming pool / jacuzzi are nice but smaller than it looks in photos :-(
Close to biggest shoppingstreet in town(Meir).
Hard to find a modern restaurant in neighberhood. Closest by is Appelmans at 20 minutes walk.
ideale locatie en prachtige kamers! Ideaal om elkaar te leren kennen...
The Spa, friendly staff, large rooms, very good breakfast
tough bed, smelly hallways
(Families with young children)
Friendly staff on the whole, pleasant room, good location, close to station.
Big student party at hotel til 4.40am on floor below us meant we didn't sleep for most of night. So much for family friendly! Manager reluctant to discount anything. Had to argue with him and all he took off was the food bill (see below for why this doesn't make good). Appalling! Food terrible, sent back boot-leather steaks, swapped for equally awful burgers. No way would we recommend this place or stay there again.
Mrs. Margriet Koldijk
kreeg upgrade, voor de tweede keer.
Ontbijt is prima
location in the centre of antwerp, luxery rooms
hotelbar closed to urly (00.30 hrs.)
very busy breakfast
