And for an exotic cocktail or a light meal you can go to Astrid's Bar & Lounge. Excellent service, staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb location, metro station was right in front of the hotel and there was another metro station underneath the hotel.

Gunstige ligging t.o.v. het winkelcentrum en uitgaansgelegenheden. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet en mooie kamers. Vooral het bed was geweldig (in tegenstelling tot veel andere hotels).

Parkeertarief voor de auto in de garage vrij hoog.

Friendly staff on the whole, pleasant room, good location, close to station.

Big student party at hotel til 4.40am on floor below us meant we didn't sleep for most of night. So much for family friendly! Manager reluctant to discount anything. Had to argue with him and all he took off was the food bill (see below for why this doesn't make good). Appalling! Food terrible, sent back boot-leather steaks, swapped for equally awful burgers. No way would we recommend this place or stay there again.

garage was vol terwijl er wel plaats was en ik vooraf had gevraagd om daar te kunnen staan omdat ik bij een eerder bezoek lastig was gevallen in de andere garage. Toilet was zichtbaar niet schoongemaakt. Dat geeft te denken over de rest van de hygiene.

Fortunatly upon the receptionist consulting with her manager it transpired there was one Delux Suit available which we were given at no extra charge.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were given a standard room despite having reserved, and been given confirmation of,a business suit three months in advance. On enquiry we were informed that there were no business suits availble.

Great hotel with fine parking accomodations.

Whe had dinner at the hotels restaurant and it was not ok. The menu showed rose tuna but it was well done! My partner had lamb but is was also well done prepared instead of mediumrose. It was not eatable. So my opinion of the quality of the restaurant is very low.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Downstairs bar and breakfast were excellent.

1) We were given the wrong key on arrival (two digit inversion). The concierge opened the door to what we thought was our room and disturbed the occupants inside. Half an hour later, this happened to us in our (correct) room. Hotel staff opened the door and realised our room was occupied. 2) The entrance to the hotel underground car park is not obvious. Even if you see it, it was not obvious to us whether we could come in straight away on arrival or whether we had to get a pass from reception first. Perhaps a better sign/instruction would help.

Locatie and parkeer gelegenheid. Bedden en bedlinnen zeer goed.

Ontbijt is exorbitant 22.50 euro per ontbijt. de kwaliteit van het eten is niet in verhouding and de zaal is verlopen. Lijkt ook of iedereen hast heeft en er is weinig ruimte voor het lopen. De jus dorange was slecht, scrambled eggs made of powder, boiled egg grey on edge of joke, no fried egg available, Croissants not fully cooked, dough still dough en fruit met weinig tot geen smaak.

een heerlijk luxe weekendje weg

geweldig gelegen tegenover station en binnenstad, prachtige kamers, heerlijk bed!! Goed ontbijtbuffet. Hele aardige ontvangst en iemand die alle moeite nam om ons naar de leuke plekjes in de stad te verwijzen.

saunacomplex is meer een klein zwembadje waar ouders met kinderen in zwempak komen verpozen.

Te duur voor het gebodene.

Goede ligging, ruime kamer, redelijk buffet/ontbijt. Goede ontvangst bij receptie.

Wij werden naar een vreemde plek gedirigeerd in de parkeergarage. Een aantal vlakken met dubbele parkeermogelijkheid. Als ik bijvoorbeeld in het achterste vak zou staan en iemand staat voor mij, kan ik niet meer weg. De man die ons naar dat vak begeleidde vertelde dat ik mijn autosleutels bij de receptie van het hotel moest achterlaten. Dat heb ik dus niet gedaan! Heel vreemd. Toen wij bij vertrek de auto wilden ophalen, konden wij er niet meer in vanwege zo goed al geblokkeerde portieren. Er moest dus eerst via de balie weer gezocht worden naar de 'blokkerende' auto. Die moest eerst weg. Heel vreemd en onzinnig. Het ontbijt was niet zo super de luxe als werd omschreven, gewoon in orde maar niets bijzonders. Verder ligt het hotel prachtig centraal maar de omgeving is vergeven van 'ongure types'.

goed schoon hotel vriendelijk personeel

Midden in de stad maar toch redelijk rustig. Schoon hotel met luxe uitstraling. Goed ontbijt. Relaxte in- en uitchecktijden. We waren anderhalf uur te vroeg maar konden toch al inchecken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

eigenlijk alleen dat er uit de wastafelkraan in de badkamer wat weinig water kwam ook als ie helemaal open stond, en dat water langzaam wegliep uit de spoelbak en het bad.
