Hotel de Keyser is a luxurious hotel with rooms and a number of suites. There are 3 meeting rooms for groups up to 120 people. In the covered car park close to the hotel, guests can park their car. The hotel is exceptional because it has a private health centre where guests can enjoy many facilities, such as the sauna, whirlpool, hammam and swimming pool for free. There are too many minus points to be listed in this box and they are the subject of a seperate e-mail to the director at the hotel and some were discussed with the housekeeping manager before we left. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

1 iron available for all guest. 2 lamps not working in room. noisy room~( could here water running through pipes) TV to high up on wall. Could not access Pay TV. Had to clear own table for breakfast. No room service menu in room.
Although it was a special price, I did not feel that I was staying in a 4 star hotel. We couldnt wait to leave on the Sunday, we didn't even go down for breakfast.
