Best Western Hotel Docklands Antwerpen is a modern 3-star hotel, located on the 'Eilandje' (island) between the international harbour and the historical city centre of Antwerp, which can be reached within a 20-minute walk. Because of the proximity of the 'Schelde' river, the hotel is surrounded by docks, locks and typical cafés and bistro?s. As the hotel is located on the edge of the city centre, it is easily accessible by car. The hotel is situated in one of the few areas in Antwerp where parking is still free of charge.
The hotel contains 32 modern rooms which are provided with furniture made by Philip Starck. They are equipped with a bathroom with bath or shower and a balcony. Every morning a breakfast buffet is served. During the week, the breakfast can be enjoyed from 07:00 to 10:00 h. and in the weekend from 08:00 to 12:00 h. The hotel does not have a restaurant. However, in the vicinity you can find numerous nice restaurants. On every store of the hotel is a coffee corner, where you can have free coffee, tea or a other hot drinks.

- The reception is open from Monday through Friday from 06:30 h. and in the weekend from 07:30 h. The reception closes from Sunday through Thursday at 22:15 h. and on Friday and Saturday at 23:15. It is not possible to check in after closing time.

As Best Western Hotel Docklands is located in the proximity of the 'Schelde' river, the hotel is surrounded by numerous docks and characteristic cafés. The city centre of Antwerp can be reached within a 20-minute walk. Here you can find the most famous shopping street of the city: the 'Meir'. You may also visit the Antwerp Zoo, which was founded in 1842 and is home to over 5.000 animals. The 'Rubenshuis' is a must to visit as well when you are in Antwerp. The Flemish painter 'Rubens', the most famous son of Antwerp, lived, painted and died here.
