Description
Who has not secretly longed for travelling to the past? This is possible in Pegasus Hotel Apeldoorn, housed in a beautiful Victorian building dating from 1896. Inside the Victorian interior was restored in all its splendour, using instructions of a maid who worked here in 1910.
The hotel has six rooms, each with its own Victorian decor. Of course the contemporary requirements in terms of comfort and luxury are reckoned with. All rooms have a sitting area, TV, minibar, telephone, safe, hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities and wireless internet. Very special is that each room has a spacious balcony terrace, overlooking the beautiful woodland behind the hotel, where you can often see squirrels in the trees.
Guests can rent bicycles at the hotel. The hotel organizes it all with the local bicycle rental. From the hotel very interesting and fun excursions can be made on foot or by bike. The centre of Apeldoorn and its trainstation is situated at a 7 minute walk from here.
Food and Drinks
In the hotel, breakfast is served between 07:00 and 11:00h. each morning.
Because it is just a small hotel, it is appreciated if guests make reservations for lunch and dinner in time, for instance immediately upon arrival or in the morning at breakfast time.
Lunch consists of a hot dish such as soup, delicious fresh sandwiches and fresh fruits. For dinner, the restaurant is open between 19:00 and 21:30h. When you book dinner, you can indicate what you do and don't like and it will be taken into consideration in the kitchen. What will come to the table is a surprise, but you can choose between a three- or four-course menu. Of course, all dishes are prepared with fresh products.
Internet
In the hotel guests can make free use of wireless Internet.
