The Best Western Hotel Arlux was completely renovated in 2006. It is not far from the E411 motorway, in a green area a few kilometres from Arlon and less than 30 kilometres from the Luxembourg border. Cars can be parked for free. Surroundings
Arlon is the capital of the Belgian province of Luxembourg. It is the oldest city of Belgium and it is located on a hill near the source of the Semois river. Arlon was a former Celtic settlement. Excavations have discovered a lot of Gallo Roman pottery, these objects are now on display in the Archaeological Museum. The museum also has a fine collection of sculptures. The 97 meter high tower of the neo-Gothic St Martin's church with its beautiful stained glass windows is one of the highest church towers in Belgium. In the surroundings guests can go riding, golfing and skiing in winter. Luxembourg is about 30 kilometres away from Arlon.
