Suite had excellent accommodation and lovely views from balcony. Good food.

Mess from birds on balcony - suggest spikes to stop birds perching on partition between balconies. First room offered was small and not overlooking the Rhine - very poor. Wine (red, white and rose) in minibar was so poor it was undrinkable!

Comfortable hotel with a good view

The hotel had an excellent view to the river and it is in walking distance from the city of Arnhem. The reception personnell handeled our complaint about roomservice very well. we can recommend the hotel to our friends.

Only minus point was the roomservice. We had to wait a long time and call again about our order and when we finally got our food the meat was raw.

Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found the staff very helpful and pleasant.The Location of the hotel was very handy for the town with just a 10 min walk for shops etc.The view from the room was beautiful although it was snowing when we were there which was a bonus.The Rooms were immaculate. Overall i Would give the Hotel 8/10 and i would stay there again.

After paying the price for our stay we found the food was a bit expensive, but at the same time it was of a very high standard.

Highly recommended hotel. Excellent service.

Service from all staff was outstanding. Food in the restaurant was also very good. Outside area was good to sit in.

Bedroom was a bit small and seats provided were not comfortable to sit in for long periods ( only a problem if one person gets up to read early in the morning). Coffee could be provided during the day via the same machine which is in the restaurant.

We thought this hotel was wonderful - very friendly and helpful staff - we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Meals were delicious, though pricey but we ordered room service for our evening meals and it was very efficient. Bedroom was very clean and we had good views of the river. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Arnhem.

Parking not always easy as car park runs alongside the front of the hotel on the busy main road. Can be difficult to find an empty car parking bay. There is an alternative car park on the opposite side to the hotel but it means crossing the very busy main road - not easy with small children plus luggage! Also quite difficult to reverse the car out across the cycle path and onto the main road, especially if no car stops to let you out. Only other minus point would be that there is only one highchair in the restaurant. We had to feed our baby in his pushchair until the highchair became free.

Ontspannend weekendje weg!

10 min loopafstand centrum. Gratis parkeren. Comfortabel bed en keurige, sfeervolle kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt en uitchecken tot 12.00 uur op zondag. Frontoffice-personeel was gastvrij en dienstverlenend. De medewerker informeerde ons over de activiteiten in de omgeving en wenste ons gemoedelijk een prettig verblijf.

Gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid is heel belangrijk voor de hotellerie/gastronomie en moet er geen ruimte zijn voor onzeker gedrag of persoonlijk ongenoegen van het ontbijtpersoneel; ochtendhumeurtje? Zo ja, dan wellicht een verkeerd vak gekozen. De kwaliteit van het ontbijt was uitgebreid, vers en goed van kwaliteit.
