Wifi not free, have to pay through T-mobile:6€/hour billed in 15 minute increments, there is a workstation next to front desk to use, but is running IE 5 & does not recognize some current software formats like some PDF file symbols, specifically a barcode did not display for a confirmation printout

Despite arriving late (due to French ferry strike and traffic chaos around Antwerp), we received a friendly welcome ad room was well-prepared for our arrival.

A fire alarm at 07.45 (false) was not the best way to be woken after a long journey. To be honest, we thought the breakfast buffet was dull - overcooked boiled eggs, air-dried cheese and bread was not very fresh, with no opportunity to toast.

All light went out in our room (and apparently also in some others) in the morning and was not fixed before we left. When asking what could be done the answer was by the reception "I am no electrician, we have to wait for the manager". No regrets for the inconcenience. Otherwise very good hotel.
