Description
The hospitable Tulip Inn de Veluwe can be easily reached by car, via the A50 and A1 motorways. The hotel is located in the middle of an 18 hectare private park in the woods of 'De Veluwe.' There are many footpaths and cycle tracks in 'de Veluwe'. The hotel also has bikes to let (at a charge) and offers a covered bike shed.
Tulip Inn de Veluwe was built in 1926, and has been designed in the modernist 'Berlage' style. In the present-day 'Deeler' room one can admire the typical stained-glass windows. The hotel has been renovated in 2003 and has been adjusted to the demands of modern comfort. To stay in the woody surroundings of the hotel is to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms have been decorated in a classical and soft style. Also, they are equipped with a shower and/or bath, television, a telephone, and a radio alarm clock.
During the summer the outdoor pool is open to enjoy a nice swim, or a cocktail on a deck chair by the pool. Hotel guests can also make free use of the indoor swimming pool of the sister hotel, which is just 15 minutes on foot.
Those who like sports can use the multifunctional sports field where they can play tennis, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. The hotel has a babysitting service (on request and subject to availability) and a business centre, as well as conference rooms with a maximum capacity of 415 persons.

The breakfast buffet is served on Monday through Friday from 07:30 till 10:00 h. and on the weekend from 07:30 till 11:00 h.
Restaurant Smaakmakers in the hotel guarantees an evening with tasty dishes to suit every culinairy level. As a starter you can for instance enjoy Italian bruschetta. The category 'Lekker' offers a savoury and yet accessible dinner and the level 'Heerlijk' offers more luxurious dishes. For a culinairy dinner with matching wines, you opt for the category 'Culinair'. Of course it is also possible to combine these different culinairy categories.
This restaurant is also the place to be for regional and seasonal specialities, such as fresh asparagus in springtime and game meat and mussels later in the year.

The Tulip Inn de Veluwe Beekbergen is located in an 18 hectare private park. There are several footpaths mapped out on this terrain. Guests can also walk or bike past the waterfall and sheep fold in Loenen. A covered wagon tour can be arranged in Loenen as well. A good place to find culture and many shops is the city Apeldoorn, which is 10 kilometres away from the hotel. Another recommended attraction is the nearby monkey zoo 'Apenheul' and the Burger's Zoo, which is a little further away.
