At Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Stadspark guests can truly unwind in the Fonteyn Thermen, a spa complex measuring more than 1500 sq metres. Spa facilities include baths filled with 'Heilwasser' (healing water), a gym, saunas, plunge pools, steam baths, an indoor and outdoor pool, various showers, relaxation areas, sunbeds (both horizontal and vertical) and massage chairs. It is also possible to relax at the hairdressers or enjoy some beauty treatments. Fonteyn Thermen is one of only two spa centres in the Netherlands that have the official predicate 'Heilwasser' (healing water). Every Tuesday is Swimwear Day. Children up to 12 years old do not have access to these facilities, and children aged 12 -16 are only allowed if accompanied by their parents. The spa service and treatments are available at an extra charge.

It has several beautiful monuments, including the city hall and the 15th century town gate, the Gevangenpoort.
