On the edge of the green town of Bloemendaal lies the attractive Hotel Bloemendaal. For over a century guests from all over the world have found their way to this hotel. In May 2008 the building was fully renovated and restyled. Authentic elements have been preserved. The rooms, situated on the first and second floor, have contemporary design furniture. All rooms have an internet connection, air conditioning, flatscreen television, large box-spring beds of 2.10 metre and design bathrooms. The carefully selected decoration, such as the orginal Spanish tiles and modern wallpaper, gives the rooms a unique and airy atmosphere.
Guests receive a warm welcome when they enter café restaurant De Rusthoek in Hotel Bloemendaal, and after that they are guided to their room. De Rusthoek is situated on the ground floor. Here guests can take breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a sunny terrace as well, with trendy drift-wood benches, tables and chairs. Enjoy a drink underneath one of the parasols or near one of the terrace heaters, on colder days. The hotel also offers rental bicycles and a shuttle service (on request). The hotel has free parking spaces for its guests.
Food and Drinks
Breakfast is served to your table. Until 17:00 h. you can also enjoy a pleasant lunch, for instance one of the tapas dishes. Between 17:00 and 22:00 h. the café restaurant De Rusthoek is open for dinner. Guests can also take a seat on the lounge terrace. The kitchen staff prepare international dishes with a great attention to taste, smell and colour. The varied menu offers a choice of grill and wok dishes, fish and meat specialities and savoury salads.
The bar of café restaurant De Rusthoek is open until midnight. Order one of the special draught beers and relax.

With one of the rental bicycles you can travel to the picturesque village of Spaarndam. Haarlem, voted the best shopping city of The Netherlands, can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The race track Circuit van Zandvoort is also nearby. From the nearby train station of Bloemendaal you can catch a train to Amsterdam.
