- The person at reception was very impolite and totally unhelpful (first name Melanie). The person on duty later in the evening and in the morning when we left was much better and much more helpful but the way we were treated by Melanie left a bad taste in our mouth for our stay at Campanile Breda.

- we like the Campanile hotels, because of their set-up: simple motels, good beds, possibility for food selection in restaurant, usually well cleaned so you know what you can find there
- this time maintenance was poorly done and not checked by the hotel. when we raised a complaint the hotel management really tried to 'repair' matters. Which pleased us a lot. Unfortunately at the end the new computer system for payments did not function which caused us a real delay. Finally we got a positive reaction, which made us mark up our judgement on service.

- Very friendly staff, efficient service, good location on the motorway
- Room was heavily contaminated with smell of tobacco. As I have an allergy to tobacco smoke, this was difficult to put up with. Within the price, I feel more could be done to reduce traffic noise in the rooms.

- Standaard, maar wel mooie ruime kamers en prima bedden. Heb de laatste keer kamer 12 gehad en deze kamer heeft veel comfort en ruimte en beviel erg goed. Ga zeker weer boeken en vragen naar deze kamer. Het ontbijt is lekker goedkoop (€ 5,-) en prima verzorgd.
- Nederlandse TV kanalen aanbod is matig Ned 1,2, en 3 en RTL4 SBS6. Meer niet . Ook de beeldkwaliteit van de TV is niet geweldig.

- We LOVED this hotel!
- We really loved this hotel and were sad that we had not booked more time in this wonderful place. The staff were extremley helpful despite our terrible attempt at the language. The food was excellent, our breakfast was superb! The rooms were decorated to a high spec and we both had a 'jaw dropping' moment when we walked in! Considering the price we were amazed at the attention to detail. The bathrooms were clean and stylishly decorated and I wanted to stay there forever!! The town itself is beautiful and if you enjoy walking or cycling you will have plenty to do. We would happily stay there again and are already making plans to return.
