- Wij waren uiterst tevreden van de vriendelijkheid van de mensen aan de receptie. De kamers waren aangenaam en proper en dus hier geen minpunten. De ligging van het hotel is een pluspunt en zeker voor wie Breda als winkelstad wil bezoeken.
- Wij hadden dit geboekt met de bedoeling om de overgang van oud naar het nieuwe jaar te vieren in het restaurant van het hotel. Wij dachten dat er toch voor de aanwezige hotelgasten een "special New years Dinner " zou voorzien zijn, maar het restaurant was met deze feestdagen zelfs niet open.
Blijkbaar wordt dit in Nederland niet gevierd, wat wij spijtig vonden. Dus,dit was een grote ontgoocheling en vind ik een gebrek aan service
naar de klanten toe. Hiervoor nog een oplossing vinden en dan kom ik zeker nog terug tijdens de eindejaardagen.

- Het hotel is perfect voor een avondje in het Chassé-theater dat vlak om de hoek ligt en je nadien niet meer ver wil terugrijden.Zeer goed ontbijtbuffet en goede keuken. Breda is een fantastische winkelstad, maar heeft verder niet veel te bieden.
- Hotel heeft geen parking. Je kan wel in de parking van het theater parkeren (24/24) maar dat kost dan € 14 per 24 u. Je krijgt geen korting van het hotel.

Dit klopt niet (meer). De parkeerkosten moeten nu in de
Chassé parking zelf afgerekend worden, € 14.00 per dag.

- Nette kamer, goed matras.
- Vlakbij centrum, toch rustig gelegen. Net achter Chasse theater, waar een prima parkeergelegenheid is. Kamer zag er netjes en modern uit. Toilet apart van douche. Prima matrassen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
- Lege minibar, dus geen flesje water of iets dergelijks in hotel. Kamer was in dependence. Nu geen probleem, maar in winter of bij regen is moet je dus een jas aan om naar het ontbijt te kunnen. Croissants waren hard en leken niet vers.
Er was een ontzettende rioollucht vanuit het doucheputje die door de kamer geurde: echt vies!
