- Am a regular guest at this hotel. Room interiors were recently refurbished to a very good level. All rooms non-smoking now. Parking space always available. Staff remains very helpful and friendly, in particular at front desk. Unfortunate loss of hot water on Easter morning for which Management did apologise; complimentary drink offered in hotel bar. Will return to this hotel without hesitation.

- The day staff was very friendly and accomodating. They even helped me make a long distance call when I had trouble with my phone card. We enjoyed the outdoor chess set very much - that was a fun feature.
- The clerk at the desk when we arrived was just sort of neutral; not super friendly. There were two men seated in the lobby who were smoking and we had to walk through that to get to the elevator. It was EXTREMELY late because we'd had a flat tire on the way to the hotel and it delayed us, so I don't have a happy memory of the evening.

- De douche was koud, haast niet warm te krijgen.
De douche heb ik wel eens schoner gezien, misschien moet de interieurverzorgster eens door haar knieën gaan. (niet oneerbiedig bedoeld) wij thuis noemen dit op kinderhoogte gewoon. En de wc pot, geheel gebarsten aan de voorzijde.

- Kamer zag er prima uit - moderne inrichting en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging aan de autosnelweg en binnen 10 min in het centrum van Breda. Onbijtbuffet was prima verzorgd. Wij hebben een Novotel Special geboekt incl ontbijt. Met name het feit dat kinderen gratis op de kamer kunnen overnachten én gratis ontbijten was een prettige bijkomstigheid.
