Hotel De Milliano has a unique location in the province of Zeeland, which combines peace and beautiful views. The 4-star hotel offers spacious rooms with a panoramic view of Breskens and the sea. In the surroundings you can make trips to Vlissingen, Middelburg and nature reserve 'Het Zwin'.
Hotel De Milliano is quietly located on a sand dune in Breskens, at the beach and with a unique view on the estuary of the 'Westerschelde' river, the North Sea and the coast of 'Walcheren'. In the surroundings you can enjoy various sports: from golf to horseback riding, sailing, hiking and biking. A ferry runs from Breskens to the 'Walcheren' region, where you can visit the cities Vlissingen and Middelburg.
The hotel is designed by the renowned architect Götzen, who is a fan of the architect Rietveld. His style is characterized by the clear lines, the timeless design and the use of durable building materials such as teak, stone and Italian mosaic. The hotel offers different room types. All rooms have a direct-dial telephone, modem connection, television, radio, alarm system and a private thermostat. The standard rooms offer a view of Breskens and from the salon rooms and suites you can enjoy the view of Breskens and the sea. Furthermore several rooms are equipped with a whirlpool.

The hotel's restaurant is situated in an original mussle hangar. Its maritime atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for the meat and fish dishes, which are prepared with vegetables and herbs from the private garden. For children there is a special menu. You can visit the restaurant from 18:00 to 20:30 h. Reservations are recommended.

- Spacious bedroom and modern bathroom
- Very expensive.. 144 euros we were charged for a standard room. Wanted breakfast at 8am but wasn't going to be ready until 8.30, Hotel generally needs updating. Found it very noisey during the night, people were talking in the hall way, also floors not noise insulated as it sounded like the children upstairs were going to come through the floor. Biggest thing was the ferry is only for foot passengers, it takes an hour to drive round to Middelburg.

- Super uitzicht
- Het uitzicht is zeldzaam mooi, recht voor je kamer komen enorme zee schepen de haven binnen en bij nacht is Vlissingen prachtig verlicht. De beden slapen heerlijk en het personeel is erg vriendelijk.
- Het grootste minpunt is de prijs, wij betaalde 175 euro voor 1 nacht. De whirlpool maakt veel herrie en blaast zo hard dat je er last van krijgt, net alsof je kleine brand wondjes hebt. Wij zaten op de begane grond en hadden veel last van de mensen boven ons omdat de vloer van steen is. Ondanks de renovatie in 2008 komen de kamers toch nog ouderwets over en het hotel is veel kleiner dan je verwacht.

- Geen airco, beperkt aanbod aan dranken aan de hotelbar zowel verschillende biersoorten als frisdranken en prijs veel te hoog (6,75 voor een pils en fruitsap uit brik)
Verlichting in kamer en badkamer gedimd van zodra er meerdere gebruikers tezelfder tijd zijn (2 x gesprongen zekering)

- Ligging is fenomenaal en bij uitstek geschikt om tripjes te maken in Zeuws-Vlaanderen, maar ook op Walcheren en naar Belgie. Kamers zijn prima en ook groot.

- Das Badezimmer war dem Preis entsprechend, die Bedienung beim Frühstück sehr freundlich, die ruhige Lage ist gut, das Bett war ok.
- 4 Sterne sind absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. An der Rezeption nahm uns der Koch in Empfang, die Einrichtung des Zimmers war nicht dem Preis entsprechend, der Vorhang hatte sogar einen 50 cm langen Riss.

- Ausflug zurück in die 70er Jahre. Leider viel zu teuer.
- Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, wenn auch nicht Meerblick wie angegeben, sondern allenfalls Flussblick auf die Westerschelde. Wenn ich Meerblick buche, will ich nicht das andere Flussufer sehen, sondern eben das endlose Meer.
- Ein Ausflug in die 70er Jahre. Bis auf ein paar Neuerungen (z.B. Badezimmer) weht einem der Geruch der 70er um die Nase. Sehr schlecht: Frühstück gibt es nur 90 Minuten - von 8.30 Uhr bis 10.00 Uhr. Ebenfalls schlecht: angegebenes Whirlpool ist nur aufgemotzte Badewanne. Ebenfalls schlecht: In der Junior-Suite gibt es kein gemütliches Sofa, viele Ausstattungdetails (z.B. Türen) noch im beamtengrün der 70er Jahre. Vorsicht: Augenkrebs! Alles in allem: viel zu teuer für den gebotenen Service, denn das Gesamtambiente war nicht Luxus, allenfalls Mittelmaß.

- Je zit rechtstreeks aan de zee
- Het hotel is zeer gedateert.
De prijs was wat betreft de kamer aan de hoe kant,en wij hadden niet de kamer die wij geboekt hadden maar een andere kamer en waaruit achteraf bleek dat wij de whirlpool wat in het bad zat nog extra bij moesten betalen wat ons op voorhand niet was verteld. De prijs die wij hiervoor moesten betalen was ongeveer € 24 wat wij toch erg duur vonden omdat wij een kamer geboekt hadden voor €160 en dat eigenlijk inclusief whirlpool was. Nu waren wij €183 kwijt en dat voor een nacht.

- Direkt am Meer, gegenüber dem Terminal der Fähre nach Vlissingen, aber trotzdem recht ruhig gelegen (die Möwen waren lauter!).
Großzügige, neu eingerichtete, renovierte Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz! Sehr sauber! Sehr guter Ausblick aufs Meer und aufs Hinterland.
- Vor allem von aussen erkennt man, dass es sich um ein älteres Hotel handelt. Der Eindruck bestätigt sich in der Eingangshalle. Es sind keine Aufzüge vorhanden und die Treppen sind nach Holländischem Baurecht errichtet, dass heisst sie sind recht eng und unbequem.(EG und 3 Etagen). Alles wird jedoch mit viel Aufwand und Liebe in Ordnung gehalten!!!!!
