The classic Hotel Karos with its beautiful façade is 300 meter from the concert hall and a 10-minute walk from the old market. The hotel offers rooms with modern facilities and at a small fee you can use wireless internet. You can have a drink in the cosy bar or lounge. Guests have free use of the swimming pool, the sauna can be use at an additional charge.
At the Grand Place you will find a belfry and neo-Gothic buildings. Some museums which are worth visiting are the Beguine's House, the chocolate museum Choco-Story and the Diamond Museum in Bruges. The Lace Museum is located in the restored houses near the Jerusalem church which where inhabited by the lace workers until the middle of the last century. 't Zand and the area around the Eiermarkt are known as the entertainment area of Bruges.

The Flemish city of art Bruges is the capital of the province of West Flanders. The local population is known for its exuberant character and you can fully enjoy culture and gastronomy in the city. Bruges is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, the historic core is on the Unesco list of world heritage sites. Between the winding alleys and romantic canals it feels as if you are back in the Middle Ages. It is also a very pleasant town for walking. There are many parks in the centre of the city, such as the Minnewaterpark, King Albert Park and Queen Astrid Park. The main shopping streets in the centre are the streets in between 't Zand and the Grand Place.
