Good location, in the Brussels City Centre. The restaurant still have her old glory days' ornament.

Bad old bed. The Hotel staffs were not service oriented. They do not completely cleaned the room for the new guest.

The door doesn't fit with the wall, so there is a strong airflow in the room. Carpet dirty. Very small bathroom. Very small room.

Hotel de France is located at just several metres from train station Gare du Midi. From the hotel you can easily walk to the historic city centre, where you can find the statue of Manneken Pis, the Grote Markt square and many shops. Brussels is a beautiful city to visit all throughout the year.

Nice Stay

I booked two rooms for me and my friends. My room is pretty nice especially for the bathroom. It is clean and tidy.

The reception called to the room a few times at 11am to ask us to check out but it was actually not the schduled check out time, that is 12pm.

- Aardige, redelijke engels sprekende receptie. - Hotel is op loopafstand naar het centrum - Openbaar vervoer is binnen 10tallen meters al bereikbaar en ov is goedkoop vergeleken met Nederland. - Schone kamers - elke opgeruimd (schone lakens etc.) - Zondagmarkt is aan de overkant van het hotel.

- Locatie hotel is minder - onveilig gevoel. - Locatie hotel midden in een achterstandsbuurt. (zo lijkt het) - Ontbijt is mager
