Well situated hotel
+
Location is excellent, close to 2 metro stations and just off busy Avenue Louise with smart shops, restaurants, and cinema.
The breakfast buffet was very nice.
The room was cleaned daily.
–
A mistake was made with my booking, and the room I was supposed to have was still occupied. The lady at reception was not helpful at all which spoilt my overall impression of the hotel. I had a room in the fairly gloomy situated 50 yards down the road. Avoid Room 511 at the top of the annexe - it is tiny with barely enough room to stand up straight..

A good choice for a hotel in Brussels
+
Friendly and helpful reception, a nice room with everything you need, a 20 minute walk to the center, cheap parking in parking garage of hotel (15 euro). Good value for money! We would return to this hotel.

No quad rooms - so had to book two rooms for a family of four - so not ideal for a family. Quite noisy in the rooms towards the street.

as my sister works in Brussels and lives just round the corner of the Hotel, I choose! it was really located perfectly. this was my 10th time in Brussels and usually i stay at my sister's place. but since a friend came with me to show her Brussels we stayed in the Hotel. and i am pleased that everything was great!the staff always with a smile
–
the minus point was that during the holiday i ended up with a nasty flu ( but it wasnt the hotel fault) i went to see ghent and brugge and the skies kept on wetting us!!!! on the whole if i have to book a hotel again in Brussels i would surely book Beverly hills
