The hotel Van der Valk Brussels Airport, which opened in 2009, is suitable for both leisure and business travellers, due to its proximity to Zaventem Airport and the city of Brussels. For hotel guests there is a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel has its own parking garage. From the nearby station of Diegem you can also catch a train to Brussels.

Anonymous Overall stay was very comfortable; the room was very clean and the bed: 2 November 2011; 9.0; + We arrived early in the day and thet were able to accommodate us by letting us have our room early. Shuttle service to and from airport was very helpful! Room and bed were very comfortable.; - By calling the front desk, we arranged for a 4 am wake up call, since there was not an alarm clock available in the room. We did not receive the call and were pressed to make our early a.m. flight.

Rainer Böse Eine entspannte Nacht vor einem tollen Urlaub: 5 October 2011; 9.2; + Der Shuttle zum Flughafen am frühen Morgen hat einwandfrei geklappt, ebenso die Abholung nach unserer Rückkehr. Wir werden ein Van der Valk Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen - oder bei Bedarf nochmals buchen. Auch die Mitarbeiter, ob an der Rezeption oder im Gastronomiebereich waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.; - Wir wurden extra gefragt, ob wir eine Autowäsche wünschen, was wir "bejat" hatten. Es war uns ja letztendlich nicht so wichtig, doch wo das schon mal im Angebot dabei war?! Nur war das Auto nicht gewaschen. Dieses sollte man aus dem Angebot herausnehmen. Aber war ja nicht so schlimm - für uns, andere denken da anders.

Anja Juelicher Jammer van het eten: 1 June 2011; 7.6; + Lokatie; - Prijs en qualiteit van het eten zowel in het 'restaurant' 's avonds als ook het ontbijt staan niet in verhouding met elkaar. Erg duur voor iets dat of niet vers, niet rijp of niet beter dan een snackbar hamburger is. En 15 Euro voor een paraplu??? Vroeger viel dat nog onder de noemer service, zeker als je dan ook nog reclame loopt. Geen kwaad woord over de dames en heren van de balie en het restaurant overigens. Zij zijn allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kunnen het beleid ook niet helpen.

Bas van Tongerloo SuperService: 23 January 2010; 8.6; + zeer goede service vriendelijk personeel, minimaal 3-talig (Nederlands, Frans, Engels) uitstekend ontbijt (met verse koffie en vers sinaasappelsap) gratis internet (met en zonder laptop); - hoge kamerprijzen. Maar dit wordt veroorzaakt door de grote vraag en een gelijkblijvend aantal kamers. Dus een luxe positie voor het hotel

RB: 20 August 2009; 8.0; + Gloednieuw, alles nog erg netjes, makkelijk bereikbaar.; - Mijn boeking was onbekend bij het hotel. Gelukkig was er nog een kamer vrij. Tevens bracht men bij uitchecken 140 euro in rekening terwijl ik geboekt had voor 119 euro.. Gelukkig kon ook dit worden opgelost.
