In Booking it was metioned that room is equipped with tea and coffee facility but the given room didnt have these facility and on asking it was replied that it was mistakenly mentiond. this is not the right way of booking the guest with wrong information

Reception staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent.
The location was excellent and the hotel was easy to find. The en suite was great and the bedroom a good size for a city hotel.

The housekeeping was not as good as it should be. Foe example the rubbish bin was not emptied each day, we were given one bath towel on one day when there was clearly two people in the room. One bedside light was not working and despite it being reported on our first morning it was not fixed during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable, modern, clean hotel which is so conveniently located within a few minutes of Centraal Station in Brussels, as well as the centre of the city, with shopping, restaurants and the beautiful Market Square. The breakfast was fabulous, and included delicious hot and cold items in a lovely dining room with friendly service.

Promised wireless Internet was too weak to use in our room. The chef was "sick" so the restaurant was closed and we had to leave the property to eat dinner.
The door handle was missing from the inside of our door and we had difficulty leaving the room!
