Condo Gardens Brussels is recommended for people that like to try something else than a standard hotel room for a change. Located on the edge of the centre, these flats are fully equipped with a private bathroom, seating area and kitchenette to make sure that you are also comfortable during a longer stay.
In a beautifully renovated warehouse in the centre of Brussels you will find 56 fully furnished flats. A stay in one of these flats is an ideal alternative if you want something other than a standard hotel room for a change, or if you are planning to stay for a longer period of time. Condo Gardens Brussels is situated next to the Belgacom-towers and within walking distance of the city hall and various exclusive shopping streets. Trendy restaurants, taverns and the bustling nightlife are also only a stone's throw away.
The 56 flats vary in size between 35m² and 55m² and all have a fully equipped private kitchenette with a spacious refrigerator, a microwave and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is a seating area with a sofa and a television, and the larger flats have a separate bedroom as well. Linens and towels are present in the flat. The complete attire of the flat will make sure that you feel right at home in Brussels.
The complex does not have its own restaurant or bar but upon request breakfast packages can be made at a surcharge of €10. Furthermore, all flats are equipped with a private kitchenette so you have the opportunity to cook. Snacks and drinks can be bought at the reception desk. Many nice restaurants can be found in the direct surroundings, for those who prefer to eat out.
Every flat is equipped with free wireless Internet.
- There is no 24-hour reception. You can check in until 20:00 h. If this is not possible you need to contact the reception desk in advance.
- An additional bed can be placed in Medium Flats 2p and in Flat 1 Bedroom 1p for €15 per night.
- Pets are allowed at a charge of €25 per night.
- Luggage can be stored at the reception if you make reservations.

Condo Gardens Brussels is located in a quiet street in the centre of Brussels, within walking distance of train station 'Brussel Noord'. The historical centre of the city with its highlight the 'Grote Markt' can be found at a distance of 2.5 kilometres. It is considered as one of the most beautiful city squares in the world and has numerous terraces where you can enjoy a cold drink and watch the beautiful buildings that surround the square. On the other side of the city you will find the 'Atomium', a model of an iron crystal that is magnified 150 billion times and was built in honour of the World Exhibition in 1958.
