Friendly people, good price value for nice, simple and clean room, nice breakfast. Good connection to city centre, lovely chocolates at departure.

No clear map of Brussels centre or metro and bus connections available. It was easy to get into town, but more difficult to come back, because apparently bus did not take same route back. Car park available, could be improved a bit, but great that is was there!

The hotel is close to the center of the city but not well connected with metro or bus stops. There is only a tram stop and you have to wait a lot for a tram. The closest metro stop it is too far. These drowbacks are particularly unconfortable during winter (or in general when it is cold or when it rains).
