The noise outside kept me from getting a good nights sleep. All I could hear was people shouting and cans getting kicked around. Very poor noise insulation!

From when i first arrived the reception staff were very efficient and friendly and very helpful when asking for instructions re metro and places to visit, room very clean nothing negative about this hotel would stay again and recomend to other people.

VERY HELPFUL DESK STAFF!
They assisted us with a day-trip to Antwerp.
They also gave us info on planning our day trip to Bruges!

One day we came back to the hotel easy to freshen up before dinner, but had no water - probably due to construction.
It would have been nice if they informed us of that in the
morning with a note under the door. Then we would have not returned back to the hotel that particular day.
Also, please notify the taxi companies that there are 2 Novotel hotels in the city. Our cab would only bring us to the
one by the square that he know about, so we had to walk to ours.

Recently renovated with Good size rooms and bath. Excellent Breakfast.
Separate WC from the shower. It would be perfect if there is a sink in the WC.
Very convenient location for the metro and buses.

Hotel still had a fresh paint smell when we stayed early June. Only one chair in the room although 4 adults can sleep in the room comfortably.
