I would not recommend it...
+
Internet, breakfast included
–
we had to wait 1/2 an hour for the breakfast to be served, room dirty and smelly, the room is not the same as in pictures, for that price I was expecting more...

Quite good price and avverage location with some disadvantages
+
Staff was very helpful. Connection to the city center is quite good (tram station is 3-5 minutes away from the hotel)
–
Car parking in front of the hotel is free only 18:00-9:00. TV in the room didn't work. Hotel already needs some repair.

Good value for money

Very cosy, and good value for what it was. Breakfast was standard and the area was quiet. Beds were comfortable and clean. Good storage space and the bathroom is quite large. Laundromat and internet 10 minutes down the road as well as a lovely little bakery.
–
Bit far out of town, but tram station is close so not a big deal.

There is scope for many improvements. If the reason for your mission to Brussels is to stay at the hotel i reccomand you look somewhere else.
