  • (Families with young children)

  • (Young couples)
Worthwhile for a Weekend away, cost effective and accessible location

I expect better from NH
  • The toilet roll had been inserted into the holder without the bar expected to hold it in place - so the roll just fell out onto the floor. The shower enclosure had been poorly mended with a shower curtain. The public computer and printer were not in a good state so I had difficulties printing a ticket. The staff did help by giving me access to the hotel system

Good hotel
  • + clean friendly and decent location
  • 20 euros for a cup of coffee was excessive. We took rest of meals off site.

  • + Comfort, design of the rooms and central location
  • room was quite noisy (I could hear the TV of the neighbours) and the breakfast was quite expensive (20 euros)

  • + Very friendly personnel.
  • The rate should have included the breakfast given the price for the size of the room.

  • + This is a comfortable hotel for a relatively fair price. I enjoyed the diner and the good and friendly service at my table. Again a good diner at a fair price. The hotel is easy to reach by Metro and is well sitated near the city centre

  • (Travelling alone)
  • The room (I think No. 515) was very small. I was very supprised because all the other rooms are biggest (I checked it). This small room was ready just for me according the management decision and not by the reception decision.

  • + Phillip at the front desk was excellent... recommended local resturants that were superb!

  • (Travelling alone)
  • + The price for the hotel room and its comfort and your service is quite all right. I do appreciate the silent environment and not being disturbed by the street traffic or other guests passing in the corridors.
  • A minus point, according to my opinion, is the separate billed breakfast. Normally I prefer to have brakfast included. But OK that is your decision. What I am against is the price 19 EUR. Hotels in other cities on the same quality level billing the breakfast are billing 6 - 10 EUR for a fully and varied breakfast.

  • + We had a wonderful stay with loads of added extras that weren't expected!
  • I wouldn't recommend the restaurant at all, the service was fine but out of a group of fifteen, six meals were returned to the kitchen.

  • at the desk I asked for connection wifi for my desktop. I bought a card, but i couldn't use it in my room, it appeared to be a card for the computer in the mainhall. They didn't reinburse the card? The breakfastroom was overcrowded, they had te rearrange the people and the desks!!
