At just 10 minutes from the historic centre of Brussels lies the Sun Hotel. From the hotel it is a short stroll to the exclusive shops of the Louizalaan (Avenue Louise) and the Waterloolaan. Along the Naamsestraat you can easily reach the Park van Brussel. Near this park there are several tourist sights. The Royal Palace is worth a visit, as well as the Museumplein, where you can find the museums of modern and ancient arts. The hotel is also close to the European area, where the European Commission and the European Parliament regularly hold meetings. At one of the outside terraces on this square one can enjoy a tasty Belgian beer.

The rooms in the Sun Hotel are equipped with a shower, television and telephone. With the exception of the small standard rooms, there is a toilet in every room. To secure the safety of the hotel guests, there is a system with key cards and a smoke detector in all the rooms. There is a charge for car parking.

  • – very poor sound isolation, i was awakened at night by sounds of 'erotic activities' more than once, which made me wonder if some professional lady used the adjacent room for her business. The combined shower/toilet/bathroom was very, very small, with hardly any room to move
