- Excellent, Clean Hotel
- 1) 20 mins from Central Station by tram 4, very close to Tram station. 2) Very good, clean inside environment with 3) With my little 4 months baby they provide extra baby cot and also iron for pressing. 4) Sanitary was also quite neat and clean. In simple words, I like the hotel and felt like i am in my home and will recommend people with family and couples . . . for business trip off course YES! :)
- 1) Located not in city center but transport is not a problem with GVB public transport that works till midnight or 01:00 AM. 2) Flat screen TV was available but not free of charge that should be free of charges. I couldn't found even a single channel for free.

- Very clean room and nice breakfast and good location.
- Lumpy beds, needs a bit of a face lift as looks abit like a motel. Price was different to what I thought as had to pay for breakfast for my daughter who was 13, not sure if this is correct?

- Good situation. Felt comfortable walking from the hotel, past the docks and down by the river to the Old Town area. Room was clean and roomy.
- Handwash in bathroom ran out on day 2 and was not replaced. Some mornings it was difficult to get a table for breakfast due to the volume of people eating.

- Zeer welkom. Prima personeel. Heerlijk aan het strand. Geweldig dat honden mee mogen. Uitstekend ontbijt!
- Als we bij de open haard borrelen dan moet de haard wel aangezet worden!!Aandacht bediening. Hele nacht irritant geluid in de bad kamer, verstoorde slaap! Diner: voorgerecht uitstekend. Daardoor hoofdgerecht zwaar tegenvallend. Vooral het prutje onder de vis.

- We only made the reservation because we were informed on the reservation page that thr hotel had a swimming pool. So the weekend was rather wasted as that was our sole purpose in booing this hotel.. I was very didappounted. The hotel had no real lounge area to work/read.

- Hotel Refurbishment - Horendous
- This is about the 4th we have stayed at the hotel and every visit has been delightful... except this last one.
- As we have a loyalty card we asked if we could keep the room untill approximately 14h00, and of course this was not a problem... The hotel was under refurbishment at this time and we was not informed of this at the time of booking... It started about 08h00 annoying little banging noises which throughout the morning got louder and louder AND LOUDER... by lunch time me and my partner had to shout to have a conversation it was horendous... if we had known about the refurbishment we would not have chosen to stay there on this visit... Surely a hotel of that size could put guests on one side of the hotel and work on the other side and vis versa... but no work was being carried out rite over the top of our heads and was such a terrible experience... This was mentioned at reception when checking out ( earlier than we would have liked, we both had splitting head ache), we mentioned some kind of compensation or even waive the £40 bar bill, but we were declined... absolutely nothing was offered, not even a snak or a free drink in the bar... in the past we rated the hotel 110% in everything... but this time minus 110%... a £100 a nite hotel with drilling, banging, sawing and goodness knows what other tools were being used, going on rite above us... NO THANK YOU...

- upgrading . Het was een prima kamer voor 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen.voor 112 euro all in is dat prima !!! taxiservice naar vliegveld bedden uitstekend
- raam dat niet open kan, al was het maar op een kiertje. kraan werkte lastig , om van douche naar bad over te schakelen.Ik had al bij eerdere commentaren gelezen dat anderen ook dit probleempje hadden.

- Rooms are good size, and well equipped.
- Connection to Amsterdam is not that easy. One have to know quite well the bus/train system, otherwise getting around is difficult.
